I lived in a studio Apace at 641 Gayley Ave for the past year and it has been amazing! This place is by far one of the best apartments in Westwood! It's recently renovated and the mgmt is attentive! My studio Apace received new counters and sinks in the kitchen & bathroom, as well as a new refrigerator and a new electric fireplace! Whenever I had any maintenance issues, it was resolved within 3 days! As a senior at UCLA this Apace was perfect because It's only a five minute walk from campus! They keep this place nice. My rent was extremely reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this Apace for anyone who is looking to live in Westwood!

Stay away from them! You will only get back 1/2 of the deposit money no matter what! The manager is Nelightful at first but after you moved out, they never pick up their damn phone to explain where the hell the charge coming from! And it's next to frats house!

The mgmt is horrible, completely unresponsive, and doesn't care about their tenants at all. Avoid any building owned by this company at any cost. You are better off renting literally anywhere else.
