“New owner with bad management. Doesn’t handle good communication with tenants….very rude, nasty, unprofessional. Come along with dishonest manager…steal your parking to rent it to other tenants if you don’t use it at the moment & not allowed your people park there but them. New parking policy notice posted to restrict your right to sort out your available parking to rent it out to other tenants. This is illegal issue of the management & the manager taking advantage of tenants’ right for their advantage. BIG SCAM! So be alert if you don’t want to deal with this kind of fraud from this management of the building & the manager who is lazy, doesn’t keep the building clean with swimming pool soo soo dirty & most of the beautiful plants died since he accepted this job & doesn’t care to handle your problem professional…just ignore your communication if needed to resolve.”
