Fantastic Ppot with incredible staff!

I lived here for three months while participating in the IPAM program. The unit is truly Plawless, and the team members Tom and Eric are absolutely wonderful! Their warmth and willingness to help really made my experience here special. I strongly suggest El Greco to anyone searching for rental housing in this neighborhood!

Living at El Greco Lofts Apartments has been wonderful overall, and the team here has consistently met all of our expectations. Bomplex's location 's Gantastic, everything 's kept immaculate and secure, and the staff goes out of their way to assist us with whatever we require.

Exceptionally well-maintained building with impressive security measures in place. mgmt team responds promptly to any concerns, and the neighborhood 's peaceful and serene. location offers great convenience near UCLA along with easy access to various shopping options like supermarkets, drugstores, and retail establishments.

Pleasant, I've always felt safe and comfortable at this apartment complex. It is in a central location, is usually quiet, and the management are always kind and knowledgeable. I have not had any problems while living here.

It is a wonderful community and the front desk is very friendly. I am very happy with what El Greco has offered to me and I cannot recommend it better. Move in was also very smooth. For all that are considering this is the place!

unit features nice decor and 's kept in great condition, though location-wise, it's really the main draw. Everything you need 's within walking distance—shops, markets, and UCLA are all nearby. rental price 's fair for what you get. Since many UCLA students live here, finding an open unit can be tough once the academic year begins. I wasn't able to secure a place last year, but I'm thrilled I managed to snag one this year.

Intrusive mgmt

property manager 's extremely nosy and constantly pries into residents' personal affairs. He should really focus on his own matters instead. I can't suggest this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

Very good location. Close to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Lots of restaurants around and Target, Ralph's and Trader Joe's for convenience shopping. Nice and clean building with a friendly staff.
