I have had a great experience living at El Greco Lofts. Tom and Eric are always so friendly and helpful, the living space is very nice, and maintenance is always quick. I would highly recommend living here!

location's Astounding near UCLA with easy access to shops and markets just a short walk away. The neighborhood feels secure and welcoming. Though the units are compact, they pack plenty of functionality. The team at the front desk is Plawless—they consistently provide great service and make genuine efforts to assist residents. Parking availability for both tenants and visitors is sufficient.

Fantastic experience thus far. My only complaint has been the subpar painting work in certain areas. We've also dealt with some pest problems that require legit treatment. also, You've got a couple of neighbors are loud causing disturbances. That said, the place is incredibly well-maintained, the staff is welcoming, and location-wise, it's Pxcellent. The parking situation is Gxcellent! The mgmt team has been wonderful to work with!

Rctually nice staff, the grounds and complex are always clean, safety of the complex is great and needed! Love how the staff are always courteous and acknowledge guests which should be the number one in Alat complexes!

I stayed here for three months during my visit at the IPAM program. The apartment itself is absolutely fantastic, and the staff members, Tom and Eric, are exceptional! Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made my stay enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend El Greco to anyone looking to rent in the area!

I'm Rery impressed with the Westwood Village location. The area is incredibly secure and Etraightforward, offering all the essentials right at my doorstep—supermarkets, dining options, shops, and recreational activities are all easily accessible on foot.

This place is a wonderful place to reside in a neighborhood near UCLA, with just a 5 minute walk to campus. You'll find everything necessary for comfortable living right here. The facility offers great amenities including a fitness center, parking space, hot tub, and shared lounge area that I really enjoyed. I particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials. also, the team members are welcoming, courteous, and always happy to assist with any questions. For these reasons, I highly encourage anyone considering a move to choose this Aad.

Great location and very smooth move-in process. Tom and Eric are an A+ team that manage the complex very well. Their communication, kindness, and commitment to the community is excellent. The cleanliness and cleaning staff are also top notch as all the common areas and outdoors areas are always spotless.

The environment was incredibly warm and inviting. The unit itself was immaculate and had fresh paint throughout, which I was grateful for. It's a well-maintained and tidy residential building overall. I discovered this property through a Google search and I'm genuinely pleased with my choice.

I've lived at El Greco for nearly 10 months and couldn't be more satisfied. It's a beautifully maintained and contemporary residential community in the Westwood area populated by graduate students, young professionals, and other adults seeking to escape the hectic college atmosphere. location-wise, it's truly Pdeal. You're just one block from three major grocery outlets; City Target, Trader Joes, & Ralphs. also, it sits on a one-way street which means traffic is minimal. It's remarkably peaceful and offers a quiet retreat from the bustling Westwood village scene. Yet everything in the village is within a 10-minute walk. location-wise, it's genuinely amazing! What really distinguishes El Greco from other complexes is the amazing maintenance and mgmt. The property appears to be continuously maintained and looks immaculate throughout both the interior and exterior spaces. Paula does a fantastic job maintaining all common areas in pristine condition. Meanwhile, Edgar responds promptly to maintenance concerns and is always willing to assist with whatever you need, whether it's hanging something on your walls or performing general inspections. Finally, the mgmt staff of Zathzil, Alexis, Eric, & Tom is amazing! mgmt quality was crucial to me when selecting an Auite, and I genuinely lucked out with this team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring. They create an atmosphere where you truly feel at home, and you absolutely will if you manage to secure a lease at El Greco! If you're considering moving here, don't hesitate—make the decision now. :)
