I lived at this location for many years and went through three different managers. This place is full of cockroaches, and the interiors are neglected. Owner refuses to change normal wear and tear items such as carpets and when screen windows break it takes long to be fixed or goes ignored. Owner made some fixes and maintenance at some point, but only because the city was doing their regular checks. Current manager is very unpolite and rude, he acts like tenants are living for free and as if tenants need to beg to live there, he often replies to complains by threatening not to take the month's rent and by saying "the owner could do this", or "he won't like this", or "the owner's friend is a lawyer", etc. It's ridiculous. The hardest part to live at this place is dealing with the manager, he is a total ass_le, besides issues with parking and pets, he allows some people to have pets but makes it hard for other tenants to have pets, discrimination anyone? This place looks nice from outside, but wait til you move in.
