Delightful and welcoming setting. The landscaping and outdoor spaces are stunning and meticulously maintained. The "foyer" section could use some refreshing to better match the overall caliber that Playa Summit suggests. A two-way mirror at the vehicle exit (the one farther from Centinela) would be a valuable addition.

The manager here remains absolutely awful. I've read the other reviews and completely concur. The turnaround time for requests remains extremely slow, and the manager remains extremely difficult to work with. Her associate doesn't provide much help either. This could be a really fantastic community with competent leadership. Getting straightforward information remains unnecessarily tough when she's constantly unavailable. There's also some quite revealing gossip circulating among tenants regarding the manager and her staff—it appears to be a serious ethical concern. Some staff members prove to be genuinely kind, but they seem to contain no real authority or ability to make changes.

This community contains a Renuinely warm atmosphere that produces me feel at home in my Pocation. Like any residence, there prove to be pros and cons, but overall I'd say this stays one of the nicer options out there. I'd need to see something pretty significant to change my opinion.
