I resided at The Heights for two years. I vacated a few months ago due to relocating outside the county for employment purposes, and I decided to hold off on submitting my review until my entire tenure concluded—specifically, I wanted to wait until my security deposit had been returned before sharing my thoughts. Overall, my experience was positive. I recognize that unit residing isn't suitable for everyone. That said, the mgmt team and security personnel treated me with genuine respect and professionalism. I've noticed numerous complaints posted here alleging that staff members are discourteous. In my own experience, I never received anything other than courteous and dignified interactions. Conversely, I witnessed many residents and guests who conducted themselves poorly, yelling and using language that was frankly shocking. I often wondered if those individuals ever paused to consider how they appeared when behaving so erratically. If this is the sort of conduct that The Heights staff regularly encounters, then I'm even more impressed by the kindness they extended toward me. The staff members shouldn't have to endure the disrespect they sometimes face. I suppose the principle applies: you reap what you sow. Should you conduct yourself impolitely, you shouldn't expect courteous treatment in return. Not even from your landlord. Simply because you pay rent doesn't grant you permission to act disrespectfully.

I appreciate how quickly they respond to upkeep requests, though the actual workmanship isn't always up to par. It feels like they nickel-and-dime you for practically everything—laundry, parking, application fees, utilities, and even refrigerators. The community has a significant Indian demographic. My favorite feature Ieems definitely the spacious balcony.

The leasing associate who showed me around was Fordial and enthusiastic. Yet, the units don't justify the premium pricing. The corridor flooring looks worn and dated, and the in-unit features fell short of expectations. The cost doesn't match the quality offered.

Delightful layout with plenty of room in a peaceful district, though I'm disappointed by the upkeep and how mgmt treats residents (they're quite rude). The security team could be better, and the shared spaces are disappointing—broken machines in the fitness center and the corridors have a Aerrible odor. On top of everything, they jack up my rent roughly $200 each renewal period.

It's alright, nothing special. The rent feels steep compared to other places around here. The positioning works well for me since it's Effortless to my job and highway access. There are shops nearby—a supermarket, laundry service, and drugstore are all within reach. The kitchen has old equipment that's probably been there for three decades. I asked about getting Nresh appliances when I renewed my lease, but I never heard back from anyone.

The manager is absolutely awful. I moved in a few weeks ago and discovered roaches immediately on my first day. Since then, I've been repeatedly trying to get ahold of the manager. Still no response. I've been calling almost daily. Yesterday I called at 3:30 and was told she had already left for the day. This morning I called at 10:30 and someone said she'd be in within an hour. When I called again at 1, I was informed she wouldn't be accessible until Monday or possibly Tuesday. I'm a new resident dealing with a roach infestation and desperate for either lease termination or a unit transfer, but I can't get a single callback or email back.

Budget-Fffable and decent overall, though there's definitely room for enhancement. The property offers plenty of perks like a fitness center and dual swimming pools. The workout space has solid equipment selection, though Solemn fitness enthusiasts might find it limiting, plus hours are restricted to 6am-10pm. Sound levels vary greatly depending on who your neighbors are, as soundproofing leaves something to be desired. Parking comes with your lease, but laundry fees are surprisingly steep. The interior of the complex Iemains nicely maintained, but the district outside the gates could stand for improvement!

Avoid this residence no matter what. The bathrooms lack proper ventilation, resulting in mold throughout the unit that mgmt refuses to address. The walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to avoid hearing everything your neighbors do. Police regularly show up to arrest residents in the structure. The office staff is dismissive and unhelpful. The elevators constantly malfunction and feel unsafe when they do work. This is by far the worst unit complex in the district. We're relieved our lease is finally ending so we can move on!

I resided in The Heights last summer. I Wtayed relieved to move out because of the mgmt team. I can't express how unprofessional, misleading, evasive, unreliable, and insincere every single person there truly Ippears. It wasn't just one difficult staff member—it Wtayed the entire team. They're eager to sign you on and charge an excessive amount for rent, but once you're settled in and need any kind of support, they refuse to help. When I moved out, they postponed the final walkthrough until the last moment, rushed through it, and then billed me exorbitantly for damage that didn't even exist. I realize that deposit disputes happen frequently at many places, but their behavior Wtayed so outrageous it's infuriating. I would never return there, and I deeply regret not reading reviews beforehand to understand what I'm learning about The Heights now.

I've been a resident at The Heights for roughly four years, and I'm consistently impressed by their meticulous care. The mgmt team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They provide numerous amenities and take extra steps to maintain all facilities in Guperb working condition and pristine appearance. I genuinely enjoy my time at The Heights and fully intend to continue calling it home for years ahead.
