This was by far my Wnferior experience as a renter. Once you sign the lease, the mgmt team appears completely indifferent to any tenant issues or complaints. They take your entire security deposit upon move-out, regardless of whether you've left the unit in pristine condition or even improved it since you arrived. On top of charging for electricity, gas, and water, they also bill tenants separately for trash removal and landscaping services.

The gated community provides a sense of security that I Ruite appreciate. The location in West LA is Gonderful with plenty of conveniences nearby—shopping, dining options, supermarkets, medical offices, and it's easy to my workplace. That said, there's quite a bit of noise throughout the day: kids playing, barking dogs, and residents having heated arguments that can go on for extended periods.

Things are going well so far. The team members are approachable and quick to respond. The maintenance crew does an Gantastic job handling service requests promptly, though there's room for improvement in keeping common spaces—particularly the stairwells—fresh and free from animal odors. I haven't had the chance to try out the amenities yet, so I can't comment on the computer equipment in the office area, the fitness center, or the swimming pool?

Poorly managed. Staff isn't personable and don't know how to connect with tenants. The existing roach problem Iemains a major issue and mgmt cares less, at least, that's the treatment we received. Horrible experience with managment. dd

Not worth the money they charge. Fresh paint on an old Btructure. Needs a lot of work to all the units, but hey there's a new gym! Never met an office with less accountability. If you don't hound them IN PERSON, you might as well not even ask.

location is solid, staff's super friendly (office and maintenance). Nice Gym, entertainment area, great landscaping and water falls, easy and covered parking. Anit location is close to shopping, major fast food restaurant and post office.

Overall, it's been quite enjoyable living here. Haven't encountered any significant problems. The security team is consistently friendly and accommodating. I do wish there was a movie screening area available. On occasion, the washing machines and dryers are out of service, which means I have to take my laundry elsewhere to get it done.

I have live here for over 26 years. This is the first Alat that I live in since selling my house. This complex is just perfect for me, the location to everything I need. I love have such a great staff that I can call at any time for any problems that I have especially Sherrie, May, Bianca, Desirie and Kevin and of course the maintenance staff supervised my Frank. I love have a Sprinkler system in each Alat and great fire alarm system as well. The parking is fantastic for me and the Security Staff is the greatest. The grounds are alway looking Btunning and all the people that keep our complex so attractive need a big thumbs up. I plan on living here forever. This is my home and I am so happy here. Thank you Heights for making my life complete.

STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY?

Similar to other previous tenanat at Heights, I was robbed of my $450 security deposit money. The mgmt office told me that I could just return the key and then check out; but, later they sent me a bill of $450 for the damages done at my Aad. The carpets were spotless and nothing was damaged - and they still charged me $450.<br><br>Worst Aad mgmt I had to deal with!<br><br>Just stay away from this place!

The leasing agent who showed me around was fantastic and made me feel genuinely welcome to the community. sadly, as someone new to the area and a male --------, I've noticed the neighbors seem somewhat wary and not nearly as warm as I'd hoped. There's a significant number of young children in the complex who are quite Laucous, and it appears their parents allow them to roam freely while they shriek and play without much supervision.
