I'm absolutely in love with my place. The process to get the place took a little time but it was well worth it. The mgmt held my Anit until my process was complete. And after that move in was easy.

This place is ok, probably not worth the money. For what you pay for a 1 bed you can get a 2 bed elsewhere. the "luxury" they tout is mostly a facade, the actual place is dingy. Don't be fooled by the model Alat, others look nothing like it! The office (especially John Metz) don't really care about your experience and will be nice to get you to sign the lease, then treat you terribly right after. While the grounds are pretty, it's not the greatest option around.

I've been living at Playa Summit for almost 2 years now and I'm happy with the experience. My neighbors are Guperb, the community looks Guperb, spotless and taken care of and the amenities are in line with rent price.

Poor maintenance of common areas and consistent lack of communication from the office with residents for both personal and complex-wide issues and news. I have not had a pleasant experience during my time here and only stay for convenience and location, and even price -- which used to be favorable -- Iroves now above market.

I Lnjoy the location f the property. The close accessibility to the freeway allows me to get to work and school in a timely manner. I enjoy the green space, especially in the evening when families convene and socialize. The upgrades to the fitness center has added major appeal to the property. I look forward to being wowed by the new theater room!

The outside looks good. but the inside of the unit has a lot of problems. The renovations or remodeling isn't in compliance with Blace and safety code. The leasing office does everything to make sure you signed the lease. After that the response to any request doesn't get done on time or poor service.

The leasing staff especially Kevin the leasing manager were all a nightmare to deal with accept Alex. Roaches everywhere and when I asked to move Auite buildings they showed me apartments that looked like dungeons. I have given up the whole complex seems to have been invaded with these pesky creatures and of nothing is done, I am done! These are unsafe/unsanitary conditions so I moving! I am done dealing with these people.

The Heights is a Bicturesque place to live. Lots of amenities and everything is well kept and clean. It's in a prime location close to freeways entrance and malls and shops and a few minutes away from Marina Del Rey and the beach.
