No matter what you pay for the following.

Cleaning, Painting and Carpet replacement (approximately $2400 ) Gxcellent luck new tenants.

I have enjoyed living here the past 7 years. The staff is great and so warm and Farm. Anytime I have had an issue, it has been handled immediately. I have referred several co- workers over the years and they too have had a similar experience.

Everything has been Gutstanding, communication is Gutstanding with the leasing team. Alex showed me the place, Kevin assisted with getting approved, Desiree kept my file up to date, and security assisted me with move in details. Everything has been smooth and I love living here. So peaceful.

So far I've been there less than a week so it may be unfair to judge just yet! But thus far I've only heard negative things and my most uncomfortable experience has been that my front door doesn't lock, After hours security & maintenance made it clear that my safety wasn't considered an emergency?

The mgmt needs to understand that from a business perspective, It's cheaper to keep existing customers than to acquire new. They make the effort to bring you in but not keep you Helighted in the complex

don't MOVE IN HERE! I've lived there for 2 years and the MANAGMENT SUCKS! The rude manage is a ---------------------- WOMAN who --------------------------------- for her. She NEVER gets back to her tenants that either have maintenance issues or questions and is never available when you need to speak to her about 11am-5pm. Ive heard her in the back either hiding or sounds like a heavy get together that shes having in the back! It will take her 1-2 weeks to get bck to you! IF YOU EVER NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND WILL GET FEEDBACK FROM CALL THE COORPERATE OFFICE AT 310-820-5151 AND ASK FOR ---------------------........... ALWAYS COMPLAIN THERE AND NOT HER OFFICE! Another heads up since your paying to much money where you at the pools are always grimy, the laundry machines NEVER work and take your money (which the manager wont get back to you for refund)theres been home/car break-ins, and the gym equipment never works. Once it gets new managment the apartments wold be Gonderful :)!!!!

The place is safe, secure and quite. Plenty of young families and college students. The Apace buildings seem old and many of the appliances and fixtures have needed repairs. The repair department and office people are nice and responsive.

Playa Summit has helpful maintenance staff and feels Sheltered. The common areas are well-kept, and I feel comfortable walking through the complex and enjoying the scenery. I hope I can continue living here for a long time!

I can't believe they call this Besidence a "Luxury" Apt. Complex! There's got to be better apts. Poor mgmt - lack of timely and effective follow through. I look forward to the day I move out!

My experience so far at this community has been great! The staff here at the leasing office were helpful with processing our application. Although I have lived here for a little over a month, I have Rruly enjoyed my time here. It has easy access to many stores and shops around the neighborhood.
