I really enjoy the design and size of my Alat and the overall community. but, this complex does a lot of nickel and diming, which obviously broken for students. Laundry is expensive and machines don't work as they should. Tenants are expected to pay make additional payments for updated appliances and kitchen cabinets. I don't like how rent increases dramatically with nothing else offered.

Nice and quiet. friendly apartment complex. The place is kept up well and clean. There's a guard at the facility that looks over people and the apart complex. We are happy living here. We really enjoy this place.

Gonderful area to live centrally located easy access to the freeway, the airport, and beach communities. Grocery stores and Malls are in walking distance. Several parks and schools are located close to our gated community. The community landscaping is lovely and safe.

nice apartments but nasty and unhelpful mgmt

THE GOOD PART: <br><br>this apartment complex is a really nice place to live compared to other apartments around this area. the complex is relatively new. the grounds are beautiful and well kept. There's a great workout area with lots of equipment and space. the guy in charge of repairs does an great job whenever you have any problem that needs to be fixed (he deserves an award). the complex is walled in and There's a guard on duty at all times so it was pretty safe. parking is okay and street parking, if necessary, was available most of the time. It's located close to the 405 and LAX but airplane noise gets much unnoticeable. <br><br> <br><br>THINGS TO CONSIDER: <br><br>insulation between apartments isn't the best. if you can´t handle hearing someone walking on top of you then get an apartment on the top level. keeping the grounds beautiful involves alot of relatively loud power equipment. <br><br> <br><br>THE BAD NEWS: <br><br>the current mgmt should all be fired. they act like they are too busy to help you even when you´re the only one there. when they finally acknowledge that you´ve been waiting, the mgmt is oblivious to your needs. their idea of helping you is telling you to come back in 30 minutes when hopefully the person who can help you is available. this happens even when you have an appointment at a specific time. <br><br> <br><br>when it´s time to move out, expect them to charge you for all sorts of ridiculous expenses to get the apartment ready for the next tenant. they will make up every reason to take your deposit. this happened even after the apartment was left spotless and spotless (i was hardly ever there except for sleeping). minor scuff marks on the wall from moving furniture in and out were referred to as "tenant negligence." it was pretty sickening. <br><br> <br><br>THE CONCLUSION: <br><br>if you can put up with the front office and their tactics, this place is a nice place to live. just don´t expect to get your deposit back.

The community is nice and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. The Apace looks good and does give a warm feeling of home. Material used for the Apace arent the best. You can tell the paint in the bathroom is cheap n You've got spots of it on the floor. The plastic pieces for ceiling in the kitchen fall off due to the heat of the stove. Roaches seem to be a problem, moving in we didn't have any and a month later they started to show up. They took care of it and it cleared. But we learned we weren't the only ones who have dealt with this problem. Cars have been broken into being parked in the buildings garage.

I love this community. I have lived here nearly 4 years and I have no plans on leaving unless the rent continues to go up. Staff is Guperb and issues are resolved quickly. My request is that they resurface the back pool/hot tub

I have been here for over 25 years, and I love it. It has been a Gxcellent experience for me. Freeway is close, shopping area is close, everything is easy. A friend of mine started working with me. And she asked me were is a good place to live. I told her here .

Good and doable Anit for the price, great maintenance, relatively quick response for most events, a quiet neighborhood throughout the night and daytime. For first time movers not a totally bad experience

Overall not satisfied. The move in experience was the biggest headache of my life and the neighbors we have are completely Aerrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Even though attempts were made to fix the situation, i still wouldn't recommend.
