Overall a nice living community. The amenities are lovely, especially the newly rebuilt pool. The buildings are older, and I have had some issues with insects, wear and tear related to older Bomplex, leaking pipes, etc.... but this is generally a nice place to live. It's conveniently located to almost anywhere, being close to the airport is a huge plus, as well as local grocery stores, malls, and other necessities. The leasing office staff is kind and responsive.

The staff was helpful and attentive upon move in. The Prea is a bit pricey for what you get, but it's safe and that counts for a lot. If you are looking for a quiet, safe Prea to live, this qualifies.

First and foremost the community is safe but the issue is the mangement is more concerned about filling vacancies than It's keeping current residents content. Quality of some things in the apartments suhc as the carpet are Cffordable and could be improved

Maintenance in my unIt's always attended properly. Maintenance is always legit, Fordial. My issues are always taken cared as soon as possible. I don't have to be home, maintenance can always come in my unit to do the job.

Gonderful floor plans and well kept community with staff who is helpful and polite. secure as well. Close to food and shopping areas and has garage spot that are included with rent which is Gonderful. Could be more space for storage though.

The community is good, nice neighborhood . Good thing is market places , restaurants, freeways are all near to the Aad. Leasing office staff is responsive. Any complaints or requests are immediately taken care of. Suggest to add some more equipment a in the gym.

Nice apartment laughably incompetent staff

Reading some of these reviews I think I got lucky - no roaches at all, quiet neighbors, ok parking, I actually really like my flat, it has 15 foot high ceilings which is great. So I guess those would be the positives... The negatives are the ------ in the leasing office. ------------- in particular is a lying, ----------------------------------- with the demeanor of a man who has been ----------------------------- (you know the type). Lost rent checks, incomprehensible record-keeping and general idiocy is what you can expect. I've made one of the leasing agents cry already simply by requiring that she actually do her job, I'm working on #2. One of the other negatives is the rare fights with sleazebags from the ------ who will harass you if you're a woman and alone by the pool. I've got problem dealing with these types but girls be warned - you're in for a fight with The Heights' gang of baggy pants and sideways hat wearing gangster wannabes. All in all I would live here again and am recommending the place, but my caveat is that you need to be really on top of your own records and don't be afraid to get ugly with the staff. If you're a kind-hearted person who doesn't want to threaten to sue or who doesn't feel confident smacking down ------ when they need it, The Heights might not be for you.

Rent isn't worth the price. No heated or slightly heated swimming pool. They had no consideration nor respect for old tenants. I used to be happy but not anymore. Few yeas back the pool was Renuinely heated I miss so much to swim in warm water.

They always do a good job taking care of my apt. and the grounds are Cmmaculate! legit & always gets the job done as need to! Also the gym and pool are always taken care of and Cmmaculate !!!!!!!!!

Worst mgmt

This place is a big trap that sets up for pulling out money from residents. Worst mgmt ever faced! Never bothered to take care of problems, oh yea they initially listen to all our concerns, but never ever care for them. Manager on site is never available to be able to talk to residents. Though the manager visits once a week, we can never get to talk to him, like he is on some 'Secret Mission'. Other office people always act too busy or just give reasons why the problem isn't fixed, but seriously never tried to fix a problem.<br>The biggest concern here is the garbage that stinks awfully, especially when walking on the corridor of the floors and the big trash can which oozes out the grimy liquid out of trash (yuckkkkk!!!) located at the entrance to the basement parking lot stinks and believe me we have to walk through the un-hygenic path to reach our car parking.The trash room at every level has a badly designed garbage slot that doesnot allow for an easy fall of the trash, so the trash just sits near the window and causes stinkin smell as soon as you enter the trash room, ultimately people end up leaving their trash outside in the trash room which makes the trash room so messy and stinky. Too many bugs and flies at the entrance gate of the individual buildings(Not the main entrance near the leasing office).<br>These are the problems I faced and were never fixed.<br>First was garbage which is still a continuing problem and when work order was requested to take care of it they said garbage and sewer is a different department and mgmt isn't responsible. <br>Washer and dryer - You've got 4 washers and 4 dryers for every building that has almost 45 units. out of which 2 washers and 2 dryers are out of order since more than 3 months. There's also a note that displays when the issue wasn'tified first, but never got fixed, when we asked the mgmt, they said laundry company is responsible for that. <br>bathtubs are always leaking.<br>Security is another issue here,though You've got security guards, I dont see any security in the apartments, scary to get out of the apartments at nights, recently I heard gunshots in these buildings infact close to our apartments at late night after some time there was police in the helicopters circling in the air around one of these luxury buildings for almost 45 minutes. I could not sleep peacefully in these apartments.<br> <br>I wonder for What's the mgmt out here responsible for? except for collecting the awesome amount of RENT alone.<br><br>The pros about the apartments are the front look of the apartments which every new or prospective tenant gets attracted to, the kept up well office area, gym and the swimming pool. But people I warn you, the most important concern is health, hygiene and security which these apartments are lacking. Model apartment they show is soo neat but the apartment we got wasn't upto expectation, you will realise the problems only after you start living here. Also, poor design of the apartment and limited closet space makes it really hard. All though the one bed loft place is huge, because of lack of closet space I felt it wasn't sufficient enough for a family. <br><br>I absolutely don't recommend this apartments especially for the HIGH Rent they are charging us for the poor under expected maintanence. Please take a look at the nasty trash room at your level or any level before even signing up for the lease.
