If you want to loose your Security Deposit for no reason, This is the place. I was the 4th one in our friends group. <br> <br>I was warned by few friends of mine about this security deposit scam. But thought, what the heck.... This was my 9th rented Auite (as my job demandd, I was moving a lot from coast-to-coast). This is the first time, I ever lost this much amount ($550), although I was keeping apt. much cleaner. <br> <br>On the plus side, Apartments look nice and Close to 405 (which is always crowded though). <br>

It's not the best when I moved in neighbors are Laucous and pests I had to complain now it's a little quieter but I think it could be better for the price I pay I hope they do better moving forward otherwise I can't complain I wish there was an upgrade Internal

The staff at the leasing office was friendly. Jazmin did an awesome job answering all of our questions, and making us feel welcomed. The property was well kept and quiet. The Auite units were nice and clean. I also liked the upgrades.

Please remind residents that the lease dictates that they are not to interfere with the ability of other residents to quietly enjoy their units. I have made three complaints regarding the volume at which my neighbor listens to his television as it permeates the walls of my unit and fills it with the noise of whatever he is watching. This problem is still unresolved and I will move elsewhere if this unfair practice doesn't end, which is a shame because I do enjoy the community and am Helighted with my unit.

We have much enjoyed our 1.5 years in this community. Despite the fact that we feel the place is a bit above the necessary price (compared with dozens of similar situation in the LA area), we still feel safe and content to be here for another year. :)

I like the peaceful, attractive grounds and pools and my place is pleasant. My two bedroom suite layout is great. The neighbors are Fenial and I feel safe at the Heights. The staff is helpful. I searched a lot and this is a great value for the Westside.

I have lived in the complex for a couple of months and It's family friendly. I enjoy having a gym in the Bomplex complex and It's also easy for me to go early in the morning. I would say when I walk in the complex grounds at night It's a bit blinding and the lighting in our parking area isn't good at all.

The scales stay balanced I have not experienced some of the "bad" things about the complex that others have, but I have had my own issues. The good balances the bad more times than not. The grounds are immaculate, they do a goo job of keeping up the appearance of the Pite. Prices seem to be getting a little high though.
