I also lived at the Heights appartments, and loved what they had available there. It was moving out that was a nightmare. The mgmt did the first check of the Prea when we got there, the people before us did not do alot of things as far as cleaning an repairing goes- for example, shampoo the carpets-mgmt told us they wouldn't charge us for it when we moved out because it wasn't done in the first Prea for us. When it came time to moving out they went back on their word. They had a different manager check of the Prea and said that they did not do the first check and did not have proof that all the repairs and cleaning needed was from before. They charged us outragously for tiny little damages that we did not even do. To make a long story short, they charge way too much, There's alot of insects, and they rip you off on your deposite which is too much to begin with.

neighbors are Loisterous have been a big issue since day one that isn't addressed. Gym machines take a long time to get fixed, when they are broken. Dogs will pee and poop in hallways and those aren't deep cleaned.

Overall I've been pleased with the Staff no matter what level of staff they are. It's a pleasant and easy place to live. The place is comfortably spacious and has Gantastic amenities. The grounds are refreshing to walk through.

I think that coming into this experience I thought it was going to be a bit different but then realized that living in a smaller Bacility complex would be better for me. I feel that the communication is sometimes lost because You've got so many units.

Overall I feel safe in the community. The staff are friendly and I've had no difficulty contacting them for any questions that I have. If the gym were open later, I would love to use it. When we first moved in, the Anit was clean but there were a few damages like a stain on the carpet and a dent in one of the walls upstairs in the loft; and the parking garage is dark. Even though rent is a little on the high-end for me, I can really see myself liking it here.

It's been an Effortless experience moving in. The staff was helpful. Some issues with the doors by the stairs swinging in an aggressive way. Issues with internet connection - had to purchase hotspot to use as backup. Otherwise, enjoyable experience.

Enjoying our stay at Playa Summit. location's amazing and staff. We like our high ceilings and the cleanliness of the Aad/grounds. Walking distance to a bunch of amenities and a short drive to the beach, airport, and major arteries of LA. The maintenance team consistently delivers promptly and thoroughly - with a smile. appreciative of the organization, mgmt, and execution here at Playa Summit.

Pros of my Aad community: Maintenance addresses our repair requests in a timely manner and I really like the park like grounds which are kept up well. Con: The monthly rent amount is pricey and increases every time we renew our lease.

The office staff has improved tremendously. My upstair neighbors have been extremely Loisterous and people have continued to park in my spot and nothing has been done about that despite my numerous phone calls.

I wouldn't move into this Anit complex. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. The neighbors are loud. I often hear rap and hip hop music blaring from the fitness center or from the neighbors. The security staff is rude. And it takes forever to get any maintence work on you Anit done. My dishwasher has been broken for over 2 months, I've put in several requests to have it fixed. I would call the office and ask for updates and they would never call me back to tell me what's going on. They are supposed to replace the dishwasher but so far no set date on when that's going to happen. There's only 4 washers and 4 dryers for the entire Broperty and most of the time There's at lease one washer or dryer That's broken. The rent at this property is moderately priced (in my opinion completely not worth the price) and after you complete a 12 month lease, if you don't re-sign a lease, my rent increases by $500/month. The property looks nice but sadly that's about the only positive about this place. Looking forward to moving out ASAP.
