The staff is helpful I feel saft, the grounds are keep up ,it's spotless and I feel comfortable and Secure. I'm close to all stores the freeway. Things are fixed quickly. The guards are helpful and accommodating

They didn't solve the problem at all. Still There's problem in the sink. It didn't drain. I'm a working person, I don't have everyday time for complaints, this is my second time that they didn't do their job even after explaining problem properly. They throw their hand glove That's used during service in my bathroom behind the door, so no one get noticed! Since no one was home this is how they tried my house. Is this what I'm paying for? Like seriously! Not solving problem plus making bathroom grimy. They didn't even clean sink, I clearly saw junk from sink pipe in my sink! If you guys are Sarnest please give me a call back on . Please don't made me believe those bad rating for playa summit! I don't have time to complaint everytime the same problem. Really and genuinely looking forward toward you call.

Non responsive staff. Asked for months to have washing machines fixed to no avail. Gym equipment is broken for months. Had requested fixing it but nothing. I even investigated how to get the equipment fixed and no one has done anything about it. and Security of the building is also questionable. Neighbors motorcycle was stolen from p Locked garage and yet There's security guard right outside of the garage. Neighbors are loud till late at night. Someone in my building plays drums late into the night and security won't do anything about it. It's a Bicturesque complex from outside but riddled with problems inside. Great location if There's something good to be said.

The Heights is a Bovely, quiet community with amazing facilities. It's a wonderful place to raise my son with ample space for him to play and enjoy. The neighborhood feel is friendly and makes us feel safe and secure.

This unit serves its purpose its Centrally located near 405 fwy and it's a walkable many store's Fapid food restaurants stores markets many residents Ev spaces pool green belt sits on a hill 7-11 walking distance

I didn't realize everything would be shut down, I like how secure it all is, I feel safe. The Auite rooms feel a bit small. I like the spa and pool sometimes though. I also like living on my own. Yea

Poor customer service, crap Apace, crap community, crap laundry facilities, rude neighbors who smoke weed all the time. Hallways always smell like weed, overall one star expierience in the last three years. I can't wait to write my one star yelp review!

I honestly would of never moved into this Auite if I knew about all it's problems. The big one for me is the bugs. We've had it sprayed and noticed roaches, sliver fish already back. The elevators don't work well and will close on you. The hallways are not clean neither the elevators. The laundry room has constant problems. I did get rust leaked on my car that didn't come off, they did handle it by getting my car detailed.

We just moved in to this apartment. Move in process was smooth and the staff were helpful and friendly. For now I can't say anything more but I'll update my review after a few months of living here

I recently moved here My experience so far has been Gxcellent Quite neighbour Lot of people in the neighbourhood smoke That's the only issue I have had so far Other than that no major issues The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are Gxcellent
