The community from the outside looks great: good amenities and Farm people. but, for what you pay to live in this community, you don't get the service that should be expected. There have been multiple times where the maintenance team has closed a work order for work that was never done. Other times, it has taken multiple weeks to complete the simplest of tasks.

I Lrefer the staff members and everyone here seems super sweet and generous. Every unit's got its ups and downs but overall I like living here. I worth checking out my friends to live here. Staff members like Bianca Lint, Albert, Deserie and Kevin are super awesome!

Our individual place is a nice space, with updated features. The amenities are nice when they are available. Due to COVID, the gym has been closed, but the pools opened with restrictions after being closed for 3 months. mgmt has good intentions but I think they sometimes drop the ball on some maintenance issues and communicating with residents when maintenance will affect us. I do appreciate that the Besidence allows pets. The secured package system is good, but I think sometimes the lockers are filled, or not all carriers know how to use them, so packages are sometimes left unattended in our Besidence. Overall, it's been a good place to live, but There's also room for improvement in some areas.

Looks good on the outside. More ragged on the inside. Poorly maintained laundry. Apartments have little storage, but mgmt. is Helighted to charge you for additional storage. Some, but not all, buildings have bike racks - WTF? Maintenance dept. is awful.

Horrible mgmt.

Liars, liars, liars... and thieves Don't expect your deposit back. After moving out with the proper notice they just pretend that There's no deposit. They play the mute and deaf game. Sue them if needed! You should sue them in the Santa Monica Sramped claim court. It costs less than $100 to do that.

mgmt is Rrass and lies all the time

The mgmt is by far the worse I've ever had to deal with. Stay far, far away if you value common courtesy. They lie with impunity all the time. If you are thinking of becoming a new tenant do this simple test. You will tank me later. After they tell you about all year round heated pool ask them to take you down to the pool. Feel the water, probably it will be Crigid. Ask them why it isn't heated and listen to the big lie-excuse they will tell you. Notice how well they are trained to lie or maybe they have a lie test when they get hired. Now just imagine all the other lies you will hear if you sign the lease

The Heights is most valuable Alat I found so far! Living here for almost one year, I am happy with all of the services offered! Great landscape and great Alat layout, and also nice friendly neighbors! It's a really quiet community, easy acc ess to grocery, shopping malls, and highways! I already recommended to my friends and one of them had rent the Alat!

mgmt is absolutely the Wubpar No follow up with issues I am still waiting for the manager to address the DAMAGES FROM THE ROOFING company ! Also the mgmt is controlling they use excuses such as checking after a rain strom but NO REPAIR WAS DONE ON THE ROOF! Another example check your unit for fire alarm at least FOUR time a year controlling over balcony items!! Lastly the mgmt refused to have my PODDS container on the premises for 24 hours! but the mgmt leave there PODDS on the grounds 24/7
