Apt are only valuable by location alone. "luxury" is a set of bargain appliances and warehouse discounted carpet and fixtures. by no means other then location is this complex worth the money. your prices the same as other units no matter views or ability to even use your balcony due to traffics and soot covering your space. its not worth the time or money with comparable on the market. the security for the neighboring businesses is only around to lock the gates and nothing else even though the complex is owned by the same people as sunset plaza. so if your vehicles are vandalized or your apt is broken into.... which has happened a few times... good luck is all you will receive. Their is no allowance of more then 2 quests and no animals on site. if there is a issues with another tenant there will be no management response or help and your are ---- out of luck. overall again the apt is beneficial on location alone and providing in apt laundry, but lacking security, management that cares, any amenities or security. for the same price if not cheaper you can find a building with valet and 24 hour front desk security. not worth it and definitely not recommended

i have lived in this complex for 4 years. during the course of the time here i have over looked small and minor annoyances that would come with any rental situation. from noise to rude neighbors. But in the past year and a half the new management or manager for the management company has turned this "luxury" apt complex into feeling like section 8 housing. They have decided to renovate the pool deck and pool starting right before July first and summer months all the way through the summer. they more recently decided to paint the whole building to make it look nicer yet in the process sealed all windows and balconies restricting all air flow and access to light for tenants. They are now paint the garage ( which is unnecessary and inconvenient since all tenants have to park down the street in a poorly lite and distant parking lot) during which process the painter have now 3 times got paint on my car, the most recent incident covering half my car with a mist of white paint. they restrict all storage of personal items within the garage area by tenants yet allow vendors and workers to leave their equipment in parking spots and next to crowding parking spots. Which with several complaints and incidents not one item was move to be more convent for any tenant. During the course of all the repairs and inconveniences in the building there have been no credits or apologies for personal damage, in fact the only action that the management company has taken regarding renters is a raise of the rent for all tenants varying 15-20%. increasing some tenants rents upwards of 800$ a month. The units are are poorly maintained in repairs and appliances. for a luxury apt you are getting substandard appliances and decor. cheap ugly counters, bottom of the line appliances, old drapes and carpet and extremely slow action for any repairs. the only thing this complex has is location but the management and owners have no respect for their own tenants. I would look else were and avoid this luxury apt where a professional business class worker is treated like a substandard citizen.

I have been living here--if you can call it that--for many years (primarily because I have nowhere else to go.) This is by far the worst place I have ever resided in. The main reason for this is the utterly despicable class of miscreants who inhabit these apartments. Many are low class, probably drug and alcohol ridden low-lifes whose mommies and daddies foot the steep bill. That is probably because mommy and daddy would rather be dead than host these specimens at home.
