Hi Every one! I'm very happy to live in this complex. I had read other coments but please do not pay to much attention. it is obviuos that who ever wrote this about this exellent place is some one who does not know how to appreciate a good place to live. any how, come on over and be a part of this beautiful place.

If you decide to rent here, make sure you're on the top floor and not on the golf course side. Noisy, clueless, inconsiderate neighbors above are making us want to run screaming. The walls are paper thin and so are the floors/ceilings apparently. Also, can't enjoy the patio without worrying about getting hit in the head by stray golf balls. We've had our bedroom windows broken several times. Some obnoxiously loud golfers have to cheer after every hole, and the tractor mowers at 7 a.m. EVERY morning are a bit much. The plumbing in Bldg. 1 is the worst -- constantly plugged up sinks. Management is not very sympathetic to complaints and not very customer service oriented. Too much rent for what you get. A few pluses, but they don't make up for the minuses: safe complex, nice pool and spa, good location close to freeway, shopping close by, view of Griffith Park and trees is nice.

It's been 6 months living here. I live in a loft unit overlooking the golf course. Loft and nice view was the reason I took this apt. I still love it. It's great to hear the sound of trees and birds in the early morning and the the entire unit is greatly lighted thanks to the ground to ceiling windows. Everything was new when I moved and they also fixed most of the things I found not working during the initial inspection upon contracting. I haven't really used any facilities since I have another gym membership but the pool area looks pretty nice and the tennis courts look very good. One good thing about this location is the small par3 golf course next to the apt. I am an avid golfer and I found it's pretty cool to go run some three holes or four after early dinner in this par-3. What's even better is a mini rounding early in the morning with birds chirping and fresh sunlight shining up. :D sounds pretty good, heh However, my unit is extremely hot during the daytime maybe because it's the top floor. If AC's broken, then it turns the whole unit into a suana. The other thing is it's central AC but the individual AC machines are placed on the roof tops; and the upper story of the loft is overlooking this roof; the AC's are VERY loud. And since it's hot, people turn them on all together. they make noise as loud and lousy as those factory machines do. There's one other thing which is the water. Other people mentioned about this pipe leakage in the parking lot, but that's not a problem to me. But the thing is the water at my tub: the first a few seconds the color of the water running through the faucets is brownish. I have to take about 20 seconds just to run that brownish water down the drain to get the clear water. but I still can't trust the water even though it looks clear. Oh and the washer price became 1.50 all of a sudden. and it's painful to get those quarters ready for 2.50 per load all the time; especially when you sort the laundry. This is it. I still love to see the greens over the windows and the management is pretty good and friendly. And I'm so used to this cozy loft; and will be happy during the rest of my contract term and I might renew it if i still like it next year despite all these shortfalls I mentioned. If you're looking for nice, cozy, and spacious loft with privacy(no neighbor can see you - at least my unit) with great view. Get it. But you have some maintenance problems since these are old buildings.

Hi everyone! I would like to give this place two thumbs-up,it has always been a great plece to reside. And know is even better,they just finished painting the property,pool area is been re-model and up-graded with spa..... I truly like to congratulate The Manager and staff for the great job that they are doing

I have been for a while now and im loving it. Managment staff are great and the staff are very friendly and help keep the building looking pretty good. After a long day at work i look foward to coming home because its nice and quiet and i also love the amenities this building has there is no need to going out when you have everything here. well, I have been living in this property for over 15 years, seen people come and go, the only thing that i have to say is "is a beautiful place to live in", Management is great,as well as the maintenance crew. Overall I truly "LOVE" this place, so come on over and experience a different living

1. overpriced. 2. management is terrible. make sure that you understand all of the terms of the lease before giving up your current apartment! 3. the pool is well kept and quite nice. 4. overall the apartments are pretty boring-looking, but new carpet and flooring plus good air conditioning makes them comfy. 5. when i've asked to have things fixed, they are fixed well and quickly.

The walls are so thin I can hear every argument of my alcoholic neighbors...oh yeah...and they are a problem too!<br>And wayyyyyyy over priced!!$1300 a month for a tiny apartment with leaky pipes in the garage... and when neighbors run water it affects our water pressure...OLD BUILDING NOT TOO WELL KEPT UP!<br>and the laundry room is only open from 9am to 10pm.... so if you work day shifts good luck getting your laundry done!

This apartment complex has improved since I moved here, but I think alot of things still need alot of work. Management is fairly slow to respond to tenant's needs. The "fitness center" is sparse and barely functioning. You are relegated to using Adelphia if you want cable, which is a nightmare. Slightly overpriced for what it's worth.

Nice place except for (a) old leaky drain pipes that drip all over the garage; (b) walls not well insulated from neighbor noise and footsteps; (c) pool and jacuzzi was under construction delay for almost a year; (d) kind of expensive for the buildings' age; and (e) nice facilities but you can only use them from 9AM - 10PM.
