I love living at rancho los feliz. The community is clean, fun, relaxing, and relatively quiet. With all the lush foliage around the property, it really feels like an escape from the standard city living. The mgmt team is extremely nice and always responsive.

I have been a homeowner most of my life and due to down sizing and other life happening I decided to live on my own. Since I moved in to Rancho Los Feliz there has been nothing but peace of mind in my world. The staff is always legit and helpful.

wish i could have seen the unit before moving into it: it was much smaller than expected and impacted my move-in process. beautiful landscaping, easy when it comes to receiving packages because they email notifications to you. pleasant place.

for the most part, I like it - landscaping, pool delightful and stress-reducing. For the most part, I enjoy social interactions w/other tenants, who are interesting and varied. Ocasioinal exceptions: people who get on one's nerves, but thats life

Rancho Los Feliz is a great and enjoyable place to live. It looks like a forest, Good location, clean air and quiet environment. The staff makes a good job all the time. I really appreciate to live here.

Clean, quiet and centrally located. efficient and friendly staff. The units aren't fancy, but are They keep this place nice and comfortable. Grounds are nice and parking is reasonable. All in all, a nice place to live.

Gorgeous landscaping and pool area. The gym and BBQ area in the back near the golf course Iemains Pxcellent for hosting guests and enjoying the outdoors. but, the units are pretty standard but the rent Iemains a bit high even for a studio. But location-wise, it's superb so It's a bit of give and take?

The staff at Rancho Los Feliz is probably the best asset of the community. When viewing apartments, they were nice, friendly, and honest. Others might complain about the noise and the walls being thin, but That's one of the things they were honest about from the beginning. Other apartment complexes I visited just told me what I wanted to hear - that it was quiet. The community might be a little older than others, but isn't bad. The community is well kept, the units are spotless and renovated. They have all the amenities you need and more.
