I have lived here for almost a year now. I actually live in what Rancho calls an "efficiency" but I have a full kitchen a large window, and about 300 square feet of floor space, so, not too shabby. Not to mention the fact they take FANTASTIC care of the place. The grounds are full of trees and plants, and a man-made creek that really adds to the tranquility of the place. The pool is BEAUTIFUL, and cleaned on a regular basis, as is everything here. Any time I have had a problem, my calls are returned the same day, by 6pm, or the following morning, and That's just the office. I had a random noise problem, called the security guard, and he took care of it, within ten minutes!! I am a gym rat, and the fitness center here gets nice. Can't beat good equipment, water, and two cable TV's. Oh yeah, and they have coffee, tea, and cookies in the office EVERY SINGLE DAY! It's almost bizarre how much the mgmt cares about the place. Love it. I feel safe, and suggest anyone new to LA check this place out. Upon move in, I was also welcomes with a $25 gift certficate to Target. Not much, but way more than I expected. PS: They don't offer parking for "efficiencies," but the neighborhood behind the complex is super easy to find spots in. I haven't had any problems. There's parking for studios and all other apartments.

Moved to this apartment as a recently married couple. Both my partner and I love the tranquility and natural landscape of the area. The downside of the place is that the parking slots are too narrow for large vehicles and the lack of elevators for handicap individuals.

We just moved into a studio apartment and couldn't be happier. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the grounds are gorgeous. The gated community is safe and the surrounding neighborhoods are nice as well. It's within waddling distance of bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Overall it's lovely.

This is a nice apartment complex. It's located in a great area that has access to many roadways, parks, shopping centers, and things to do. The apartments are older but kept up well. I also appreciate the amenities including a pool, gym, coffee stand, and mail room. The grounds are beautiful and kept up well. I have enjoyed my time at the complex.

Staff helpful. Quiet in community. Staff on the ball getting back to you if something arises. The surrounding grounds are kept up well. easy to shopping, restaurants. Plenty of cupboards and closet space.

The loud door slams when tenants go from hallway to hallway. Even the windows shakes. Door stoppers should be recommended. I have also killed my share of huge spiders. Maybe becuz I'm on ground level?

I love living at Rancho Los Feliz. Great staff, grounds are gorgeous, pool is beautiful and its friendly, spotless and quiet at all times. I have never seen trash on the floors. Plus its nice to be next-door to the golf course. We have a great patio and can see the golf course from where we are which makes it peaceful. The front office is helpful and always nice and happy. Michelle is always so welcoming and David, the manager, is great. He runs a tight ship here. I recommend living here!

I recently toured Rancho Los Feliz and was really impressed. The property is beautiful and super well kept, with lots of trees, green space, and a calm vibe that doesn’t feel like typical LA. The leasing staff was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions without rushing me. I loved the pool area, fitness room, and how close It's to Griffith Park. Even just as a visitor, it already felt like a place I could easily call home
