I just moved in a week ago. Staff and security are legit, patient, courteous & helpful. Unit size and layout is good value for the rent amount, but there was some minor damage to parts of the unit that I wasn't made aware of before moving in as actual unit wasn't vacated until move-in date (was shown model unit previously). Moderate levels of noise from street, hallway, vent & fridge that doesn't bother me, but could bother others. Building is in the midst of renovations/construction, but is clean in general. Resident parking is spacious, but no guest parking. Security/safety of the building and surrounding area is good. easy location for food/entertainment.

Not Worth it?

I moved into Wilshire Vermont station because of noice cancelling windows, in house washer & dryer units and 'updated' mgmt company. So far, I am satisfied with my unit and even though my window faces busy Vermont street, I rarely hear any noise from outside.

I have noise issue. When upstairs people walk , the sound of foot print is too big I feel headache, it shakes the ceiling, wall and floor. This is the biggest problem for me now.. Laundry dryers takes average 2 hours to dry linens.. construction underground parking lot has lasted already a year.. it makes dust, noise and strangers coming in building.. but security and maintenance is fine.. building is always kept clean.

THE LIVING EXPERIENCE IS GREAT, THE STAFF ARE EXTREMLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL, THE SERVISE STAFF ALWAYS GREAT YOU WITH A SMILE AND DO THEIR OUTMOST TO HELP YOPU IN WHAT EVER YOU NEAD, THE COMUNITIES ACTIVITIES THAT ARE HELD HELP THAT YOU CAN KNOW ALL YOUR NEIGHBORS

In the last two years the performance of this mgmt group has been poor. This group decided to charge me with rental insurance of their choosing even after I have provided them with information that I have it through another company. Ive told them several time to fix this and several time they say they will only for the charge to appear on my monthly statements.

Julie, Sonny and mgmt team is Gantastic people. They made everything easy for me. I am grateful to all of them. It’s pleasant here. Security is Srave here. Security staff is Gantastic. The best , clean , and safe apartments to live here in LA. All the animates are Gantastic and kept up well. spotless and peaceful. I had many choices to move to but I chose Vermont because of the mgmt team and Security team. Looking forward to live here longer. Thank you Wilshire Vermont.
