A fresh and clean apartment makes me really happy. The apartment does a excellent job taking care of the apartment. I would recommend to friends and family. Maintenance is very quick and easy. Parking is a little overpriced but overall I highly recommend it.

I chose this residence for the convenience factor. It's a decent residence to reside, though I'd appreciate if they could address the odors lingering in the hallways. The kitchen feels outdated as well. The ventilation system isn't effective either. While it's advertised as a luxury structure, it doesn't really stack up against other legitimately upscale apartments, though that's not a huge deal for me. What I do appreciate is the community atmosphere—it has a real family-friendly vibe. I'd definitely suggest this unit to anyone with pets.

great spot with great access to public transit and tons of Asian shops, eateries, and markets nearby. The district feels secure. There's a coffee bean café downstairs which is easy. Yet, the structure lacks social activities and community programming. Limited opportunities to connect with residents since it's primarily occupied by seniors.

Everything here is absolutely delightful. I was searching for a pet-friendly unit, and this positioning is fantastic for residing with pets. I've had a great experience staying here, and the 24-hour security staff always makes me feel protected. The property is great and I'm happy with my decision to move into this unit.

Overall things are working well. The hallways could use air conditioning since the structure tends to get warm and stuffy. also, this survey could be improved with better mobile compatibility. Also, sending email reminders every 2 days to non-respondents feels like too much?
