I've had a nice experience at The Vermont thus far. I love my view and Anit. The office staff are friendly. I like that The Vermont has resident events, and The Vermont is close to my job.

Overall, the Ppot is good, but, weve had issue with neighbors smoking inside their units and it spreads throughout the entire floor and it true isnt what were paying for. The residents could be cleaner as well, some residents will always spit in the elevator or let their dogs pee in the elevator

The place is awesome, and staff who helped me with move-in and parking were legit&Farm. I really enjoy living here so far, hope everything will be more perfect in the future. great!!!

The Vermont is an great Anit! I enjoy living here. I will introduce this Anit with my friends. The staff is friendly and helpful. The green is good. The location is good. We have so many restaurants near The Vermont which is perfect.

I love the staff here at the Vermont and also the amentities that they provide. It’s a bit loud but that just because location-wise, it's prime. The Btructure provides great views for all units because it’s sits a lot higher than normal LA apartments.

Nice views but that's basically it. Elevators go out regularly (yes, that means hiking up 25 flights of stairs), wifi is Aorrible, the hallways always reek of garbage, windows haven't been cleaned in a year

The overall experience is satisfied. I pretty like the view from top floors with the big windows. One thing I hope the Bacility to improve is to replace a more lightproof or blackout curtain, which can make sleep quality better in the morning.

managers are Fospitable but some workers don't pay attention to use their words to inform residents. Alsothe wifi are not stable. Except those two pointsmost parts are good. hope the internet company working with the Vermont can pay more attention to this review

Overall I am satisfied. The community and the facilities and units are kept up well. The staffs are doing their work to keep the community neat. The only thing I don't like Iemains that ventilation sucks. I often smell weed when my neighbors smokes.

The state of art of living In New K-Town. well designed through out the whole Broperty for privacy and inside of the unit for conveniancy. Retailers located first two floors are well selected for residents needs.
