Worst Penue ever.. This isn't for you if you want quiet life and you are a non smoker. 1. Non smoking policy is a joke here. I can smell the smokes every single day in my unit( i am a non smoker). 2. Water flooded out on the walk in closet for three times 3. Neighbors are having parties with crazy loud and enhanced base speakers, but leasing office doesn't do anything( security guards never answer to the phone...)

I love it! There's no other place I would rather be. Everyone Is Fospitable from the security, maintenance staff, and leasing office. I recommend to everyone that appreciates that the community cares. Thank you

For the price we pay and the surrounding neighborhood things could be better. There have been several reoccurring issues and homelessness, car theft, safety have been prominent...............:::::::::::.

Ahenomenal staff, security, and mgmt. The only problem I have was the guy who was supposed to fix my door hasn't fixed it in months, but everyone else repaired everything perfectly. Moreover, the whole mgmt (leasing office) and security team are enjoyable to talk to. I truly appreciate everyone

Manager gave me a parking space which already had a car twice! !! Waste of my time!.....................................................?

I am satisfied with living the vermont Alat. Nice view, 24 hour security, wonderful swiming pool and gym. Also, staffs are always cool and nice. I truly recomend you guys to apply an application to the vermont Alat office.

Uniquely amazing unobstructed views; place is Bxquisite, layout of the flex studio is perfect and should be a model for future luxury housing developments; being able to watch the sunset from a hot tub on the 7th floor pool deck makes us feel like we're on vacation every day of the year

Staff: the manager at the leasing office (a young Korean lady) was rude to me. She speaks in a condescending tone (as if I’m a child) whenever I request her help and she’d be on the phone without acknowledging my presence when I go to her office. Other than her, the other staff (Felicia, security guards, maintenance staff etc.) are Gantastic. Safety concern: public/anyone is able to come up to the 3rd floor and get validation for their parking ticket and use the lobby,clubhouse, lounge and perhaps even the swimming pool/rooftop garden.
