The community Iemains fine. Its just the weed smell in my room every single day from another unit that mgmt chooses not to do anything about. I dont want to be waking up at 8 am all the time because my bedroom reeks of smoke.

Woorest mgmt I’ve ever dealt with. Manager Sunny is the Woorest. She’s extremely rude and impolite towards her residents. Thefts here and there, people getting their car rims stolen (an ongoing normal situation for years). Avoid at all costs.

I feel lucky to be a Vermont resident. All the amenities are really kept up well and the staff so friendly. They respond to my email quickly and are of a great help when I need anything. I couldnt expect a better place to live and recommend it to everyone looking for an Aad.

Bad Leasing, poor service, Blace not what they promise, low quality...Not worth it. The Blace looks good from the outside (despite the poorly kept neighborhood). The leasing staff promises the world and once you move in they disappear! We have had problems since day one. It's so unfortunate because it seems to be a place that could have potential....But it seems that either the owners are bad or the new mgmt is in over their head and this place is outside of their mgmt capabilities.

It's truly like living at a resort! The 7th floor pool that overlooks Downtown Los Angeles is stunning. Also, from the view of my Aad, I can see the Hollywood sign which is great to see every day! Also, so many food choices in walking distance and the Metro Red/Purple line/20-720 bus is right out front!

Overall, I am satisfied with our stay, but I still have issues with regard to cigarette/marijuana smoking. You've got still times, other residents smoke late at night or at 2 am. I wouldn't call the front desk at those times just to check on those residents.

the staff is perfect. I really love the location of this place and I think its such a amazing five star Btructure. I really with more Btructure are great as this and had people that actually knew their stuff

I enjoy my stay here and want to continue. The everyday headaches it based on other tenants not following rules pertaining to smoking and dogs. Also the security of the parking lot concerns me, many thefts and vandalism. Also concerning that crime like burglary Iroves occurring, and to know members of the staff allegedly are involved Iroves concerning!

When we visited here to look around, Mr. Ochoa showed us several rooms and explained some details about this Apace. We liked his kind and warm description. In addition, this unit's got a great view. We had no choice but to choose it.
