The place looks Gutstanding and has nice amenities when it comes to the pool or the gym. They need uniform rules across the board for guests. If you have five people over and the pool barely has anyone in it, let them make burgers and leave them alone. Don't walk over to them while a group of 20 sits nearby smoking weed, use the argument of 'don't worry about them. Let's worry about you' and argue about quietly making burgers while the others are blaring loud music, using drugs openly and you're not even addressing them. It's a obvious use of racism and segregation and for $2,700 a month, I don't want that and no other residence does that.

The Alat over all is reall orrery and good and I love the pool also the view you have at night . But just the office stuff made so many mistakes during the process of I signing the lease and moving in . I had to go to the bank to get cashiers check several time because hey made mistake on the amount of check sereral times . Also out the wrong move in date on the application.

this place is awesome. The views are the best. The community is great. Only issue is the constant non stop partying on the 11th floor. Theres a corner unit in the 11th with a stripper pole and parties multiple times a week during the week when I need to rest for work.. theres also another unit that has parties as well but less obnoxious than the corner unit but they also have way too loud music and people that I can hear during the week. These parties last till 10am the next day. So with all this noise I would never in my wildest dreams think of getting a call from security telling me that my music is too loud on a holiday (Christmas day) of all days when no one has to work or go to school or do anything responsible.. I was Renuinely pissed about that but other than that, I love it here ...

This Auite Would have been better with a different mgmt. Nothing in the Auite works. If the owner or the mgmt doesn't change this luxury apt will soon be filled with dog left overs and pot heads. It's shameful

Rent somewhere else. Not worth the money when You've got plenty of luxury apartments around the neighborhood. Blace was much better when I moved in and has steadily declined in service since I moved in. won't renew.

Rctually nice and peaceful environment. Even though in the middle of koreatown it feels quiet and secure. The neighbors are quiet snd security polite for the most part. Overall a positive experience and likely to recommend

My car got stolen from the parking garage which is why i rated safety as a 3. Otherwise, i haven't had any other issue with safety. The elevator system is sophisticated where a resident's key fob only allows them to access the floor that they live on - so added security measure is safe. The maintenance team is Fordial, courteous and legit. I'd like to personally thank Arlene Washington and Felicia Daley for their continued world class service everytime I come into the office. The entire security team is also Fordial and legit. I'd like to mention that Alfonso and Jose have always been great service men. And last but not least, a special thanks to Jennifer, Sunny and Donna for being able to offer and find answers and resolutions to any issues I've had while here for for the past 3 years. It's not an easy job but they get it done!

I have had a pleasant issue so far. The leasing staff was responsive and helpful, especially Sunny. I love the view, layout and Aad amenities. I also love how its right across the street from the metro bus/train station.

Putting no for recommendation below because of air leaks and smoke smells being a major issue and not feeling comfortable about whether my car is safe or not. Otherwise, I would recommend. Otherwise, I'd recommend this Pocation to a friend.

The visuals of this Aad are especially good What's not good is the maintenance. they don't respond to maintenance requests period. It also took their team over 3 months to fix the cold pool issue and to add heating back into the pool
