This place is the absolute worst. It's not a good value for the amount of rent you would pay. There's construction on literally every corner, you will be woken up guaranteed. The maintenance staff is nonexistent or just terrible with getting work orders done. They like to hire temps work the front office who can't answer questions and don't know anything. The property manager Kara is honestly the worst human being to have ever lived. She doesn't know how to do her job. She does not respond to emails in the proper timeframe or at all, misses details in lease agreements, provides inaccurate info, doesn't train or communicate with her staff, never at the office, and is very passive aggressive and rude over emails often. Avoid this place at all cost! We are moving out soon.

The units themselves are great but I had nothing but problems with the management while living here. My first unit was next to the trash room and we could smell the trash in our unit. We complained and asked that they better insulate the area to contain the smell or let us switch to a different unit at no cost. The manager would come in, sniff around, and pretend that there was no smell when there blatantly was. Anyway, they finally let us move down the hall and thought they were doing us some grand gesture by requiring only half of the deposit but raising our rent. Eventually our rent was then raised again so we decided that we had enough and needed to move out. When we moved out, we left the apartment in perfect condition and extremely clean and we expected that for being responsible tennants that we would receive some of our deposit back... No, instead they were trying to charge us almost $800. They sent us phony copies of Cleaning service and painting invoices etc. claiming that we were responsible for paying them We fought and fought Fahim over email and researched renters rights laws to prove that they were wrong to charge us so much. We never heard back from Fahim on the matter.

Nice apartments but terrible management. Fahim is polite but very hard to reach and takes a while to get back to you (despite the office being in the building) The women who work in the office are very short on the phone. Rent has increased drastically since the new management has taken over. Neighbors are loud. If you have the money and want a very large apartment, live here, just don't expect communication with the management...

When I first moved in back in June, management was pretty terrible. I could never get a hold of the manager who was always promising things(like fixing the work out equipment. Also he didn't seem to know what he was doing and nothing was ever done in a timely manager. He said we didn't pay the rent even though we signed the check in front of him, handed it to him and watch him input it into his system (which he had done incorrectly...) Thankfully he has moved on and we now have a lovely apartment manager. She's super efficient. My roommate and went downstairs to ask about how to effectively get rid of ants since they were coming out of the pipes in the bathrooms. Right in front of us she called the ant guy who was coming to fume another apartment, and had him do our's as well. She even let us stay in the lounge that had been previously locked under the prior management. Also, she's having the problem with the fire alarm system being fixed today. SO happy that there will no longer be random alarms going off at 6 in the morning. The prior manager had stated it was someone pulling the fire alarm but he was a terrible liar and the residents who had been living there for a while said the fire alarms went off every three weeks or so because of a cheap system. But now with new management everything is pretty good. The equipment in the exercise room has been fixed, access to all facilities has been granted, and things are done in a timely manner and the new manager hasn't even been here a month. It's a pretty safe area and relativity quite the most noise we have is from animals from the surrounding houses. there is a REALLY loud parrot in yard below our apartment that squawks nearly all the time. There is more noise coming from the houses below than the neighboring apartments, which barely make any noise.

Manager never around and manager always complain with other people concern. Fire alarm keeps going on ang manager doesn't even show up or explain what's going on. The pool is not working on summer time when we need it. The studio was never open to tenant its been renovation for years. The trash iis always dirty only once a week management clean the tradh

Worst management in Los Angeles. Phone number they provide for tenants never has people answer it. Used to have an amazing handyman but he left (probably because our manager is terrible!) He is never there, unresponsive to complaints and emails, not helpful at all. The apartments are nice, however, and very spacious with a great location. Little expensive. Fire alarm goes off all the time. All apartments are TWO bedrooms! Weigh the pros and cons and decide if it's worth it for you :\

the building is terribly managed... Fire alarms have gone off with the fire dept dispatched here along with the police.... The management is not around....Pool is advertised heated a big lie, carpets stained with dog urine, garbage left in the garage not being removed.. oh yes, a couch has been down in the garage for 2 months now... think twice spend your hard earned money a place worth living cause this one isn't

DON'T DO IT!!!!! the building has horrible management and never follows through on anything..... Pool is advertised heated , NOT.....cars are broken into, police have come to the property numerous times this,security cameras dont work so unavailable to catch the thief avoid this please you'll be alot happier

I've never dealt with such poor building management before. They are never around when you need them. They never return your calls or emails. I went weeks without a simple response. When I did get a response, there was no apology for being unprofessional, and they never even resolved the issue. The building was nice, and the apartments where in good shape. I was excited to live here, but after dealing with such poor management, I refused to move in. The owner of the building needs to think about bringing on a new property manager/team. Don't live here! It's not worth it.

Live here for over a year and have had problems since day one. The apartments are refurbished, however definitely not worth it. My car was broken into and the property manager did nothing. Didn't review the security tapes or talk to the cops. He is impossible to contact and if you have a problem, good luck. He is terrible. Water is either freezing or too hot. Fire alarm goes off randomly. People in surrounding complexes are shady. Hot water heater was leaking on the roof for a month. Terrible Terrible Terrible...
