Do not move here! Don't let the nicely furnished apartments fool you!! I've lived in many apartment buildings and this is by far the absolute worst building I have ever lived in. Management is awful. Problems with fire alarm system, water system, and building entry. Friend of mine got his car broken into a few months ago. The building has cameras, yet did NOTHING! We have complained and made requests about problems in the building and have gotten incredibly rude responses and at times no response at all. There is nothing worse than having something wrong in your apartment and not be able to do anything about it because management doesn't return your calls. They shut the water off for three days! Did nothing to help their residents. All they offered was one shower (for the entire building) at another property blocks away! Fire alarm goes off once a week now and the fire dept is incredibly fed up with how poor the system is. Taking a shower is awful. You get scorching hot or freezing cold water - nothing in the middle! I never write reviews but I wish I would have read something like this before I got into this lease!

I lived here for 2 years and our place got broken into 2 times in 3 months. Management did not do anything to make us feel safer nor put any cameras in the problem areas of the apartment. I do not recommend living here. There is an apt across the street that doesn't have the most desirable people. It is not safe

I lived there for 3 years, and I left in 2002. I loved living there, but got out as shortly after management changed. If Dave is still there, consider living elsewhere.
