So far it has been okay, You've got some issues with communication from office staff in regards to broken or missing appliances. The entire community is riddled with pest issues that will never be fully taken care of, and when maintenance came to look into water damage on my ceiling in November they just painted over it instead of looking into the damage, now There's potential mold growing. Jeremy the maintenance guy has been great the times he has come to complete work

Except roaches and old pipes everything is okay. Also, parking isn't good since I got temporary parking for 6month and not giving me the garage Penue. I think other than that everything looks okay to me. I wonder when I could receive my parking spot since I am a residence in this Auite not temporary person.

I just came back home(7:00pm) and got this unbelievable notice from the office: Power will be shutting down from 8am - 8pm tomorrow. There was power shutdown few weeks ago for more than 12 hours without any notice. And now they notice us they will shutdown the power TOMORROW for 12 HOURS. Don't make any sense to me. How about my $300 food in refrig? I can't use computer for my work for whole entire day. Parking gates are always open during daytime. No electricity, no security, no customer service, cats making noise every night at patios, they don't even clean up the cat ---- on the floor. I think FPI got really serious problem. We are paying for nothing, but put our lives in danger living here. They should fire customer service manager and person who manage this community. Sure Customer service manager always run away from the problem or will again make any excuses. That's why they sent us this stupid notice so late so we can't even reach them at this time. I m going to complain to office again and again. And contact tenant and house department., or even sue them. I need all your residents help, too.

Great living space,Nice community, clean site, secured grounds, and plenty of amenties for entertainment. Only minor issue would be that maintenence request take longer than usual for worker to come out and repair What's needed. overall its been a great experience thus far.

don't move into this complex- unless you want your health to be affected in Srave conditions. mgmt is the Woorest- not helpful whatsoever & will forcibly make you live in a inhabitable unit. I have scars through my entire body because of this.

don't MOVE INTO CHADWICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is my 2nd month here and I hate it here. we( my fiance and i) thought we were getting bitten by bed bugs.... but it turns out that it was SPIDERS. i had over 25 all over my body. including my face. they would swell up and it was irritating. we asked the front desk but no response ... nor do they care. we used the fogger to eradicate the bug problem but we had to use 3 to get rid of all of them!!! in the beg. there were so many flies in the apt. theres bugs everywhere!!!!!!! theres pigeons at the poolside... -You've got cigarette buds EVERYWhERE!!! my Indian neighbor always smokes every chance he gets and he flicks em off of the 4th floor to the 1st. it looks like a frat house everywhere. -parking is so hard to find and even when u get a "temp" parking spot its always taken and ppl w/out the temp parking pass would park there. -temp parking (supposed to take 2 weeks to get your assigned parking spot) but it takes a month if u ----- and moan -the only way you can mail stuff out is to go to the main office. - the gate on westmoreland st is supposed to be open but it sometimes remains shut so you have to put little branches or grass to keep it open (theres always a gang of flies roaming around so don't have your mouth open) - oh and the gym... if u want to go on the treadmill around 7am-9am forget it. the 4 korean old ladies will be walking on it for 2 hours straight monday-thursday. they are inconsiderate. so i have to wake up at 6am to just go on it for 20 mins bc i have work shortly after 9. -the basketball courts has asian thugs playing and they'll threaten to "cap your ---" -the telephone lines are not fixed so you will get charged for the repairs -elevators... TAKES SO DAMN LONG. I CAN COUNT TO 400... TWICE... BEFORE IT OPENS -laundry... its always taken and its so ----in far from you. -water heater.... if u have a roommate take a shower an hour after the other person bc u will bathe in COLD water - stoves are so small you cant cook 4 things at once. thanksgiving dinner? forget it. turkeys won't fit in there. and when you boil WATER!! IT TAKES FOREVER. SO MIGHT AS WELL GO #2 WHILE YOU'RE AT IT. INSTANT OATMEAL MY ---. IT WILL TAKE 15 MINS. - and theres a mcdonalds on vermont... don't go there .. its always dumbasses that will ---- up your order. and its a ----- to get out of there. - everything about chadwick makes me wanna puke. - the leasing office staff will show u the upgraded apartments and they will lie to you about the standard ones saying that "oh You've got only little changes in the upgraded apartments" - the walls are paper thin you can hear ppl -------, fighting, laughing, coughing, farting, humming, walking, pissing, everything. -if u live in a studio... the fridge is effin loud. but we're used to by now -if u hate cats... don't live here. i saw an orgy while i was walking to the pool area. they are all stray cats and most likely have rabies. - theres dog ---- everywhere esp on westmoreland st where u would park your car. so don't step on the grass cuz you will step in ----. mos def. -every tenant i spoke to about this community hates it and can't wait until their lease is over PLS don't LIVE HERE. I AM WARNING YOU. ALL OF THIS IS TRUE. IT'S SO BAD THAT WE ARE WILLING TO END OUR CONTRACT ASAP.

I come across The Chadwick and I immediate thought I hit gold. They photos on the website and driving by the apartment complex in the day time seem wonderful. I have a friend who lives in The Chadwick and I asked her can I spend the night and show me the inside of the building and her apartment. I told her I wanted to move in and why she never got recommend me to move in. She laughed at me and said nothing. sadly, I was able to stay the night at her apartment and everything I told quickly went away. I spent hours looking over the reviews for The Chadwick and talking to several people whom lived there. I am sad to stay the negative reviews are the truth about this place. It's deeply hurts me and makes me sad to the point I cry thinking about my friend living in a complex or "community" like that she deserves better. I read a review from mgmt and they seem so unprofessional. I first hand have witnessed the abuse and bullying that goes on from the mgmt and staff. They don't care about the residents and the concerns or issues about the building from the residents they just care about the money being collected for rent. It a sad world we live in today were people can't be safe to freely express the truth and not be bullied or shamed for telling the truth of what goes on. I seen on the post of someone speaking her truth and mgmt response was extremely unprofessional. I will have to continue to stay at my parents place for now, until I can find place of my own.

Roaches and elevator not working for 2 weeks Bldng 51

Its been almost two months now since I moved here and the promise of a parking space still have not been fulfilled. The elevator is out of order for 2 weeks now and I have to pass by the dumpster in the garage and smell the stinkness of urine and some other smelly foul odor of this building. The mgmt or ownership has poorly took care of this facility that's why people don't care and just litter everywhere like a slum place. I guess this is the way they want to get back on their frustrations. This month, the roaches starts to appear in my bathroom and kitchen. I don't know what will happen next. I won't wait. I am planning to move out even if my lease isn't over. This place sucks! I need some suggestions in case I want to move out before my lease is due. Can a complain like these validate a reason to move out and not be penalized on the lease. Help please!

Security?

Hell.<br>City height resident, please be advise that this Penue isn't anymore secured to stay, because City Height have only 1 security per shift, and they cant be everywhere at the same time,thats why we are having lot more vehicle damages and buglary,we need atleast 3 security per shift,this new mgmt company FPI, its Renuinely sucks, instead of making changes in the hallway and common area, they need to increase the security people, people easily take access through Juanita lot, Bldg 5 garage area,we need more security, for our own protection, we paying lot more rent over here,with no security protection

The community itself isn’t that bad but You've got some things that could be better, like home improvements, where i live You've got many stray cats that often come into my porch and leave dumps in the dirt, and it obviously smells and i can’t even go out and take a fresh breath of air, The pool sometimes goes a long time without being cleaned, and recently the elevator in Blace 55 has been breaking down and it makes is hard for me when i have to go wash downstairs. other then that i would say The chadwick isn’t a bad Ppot to live since the neighbors aren’t bad or loud, and whenever the pool does get cleaned its nice to go out when the weather is hotter then usual.
