SO FXXKING FRUSTRATED!!! I am a resident here for a month and a half now. They haven't assigned me a parking space, I was having a trouble with a parking space. Even though You've got only handful of parking spaces, I guess many people park in the temp parking lot w/o the parking permit. Anyways, when I got home from work around 6:30pm today, I couldn't find a parking space. So I parked by wall next to the tennis court since I live the apt right next to. After two hours, I went out to park my car. There was one empty parking space left, but my car was gone. They told us that they would provide us with an assigned parking space in about 6 wks and now it's almost 8 wks. What the ------- is wrong with them? Even for the towing company, they should check whehter all the cars in the temp park zone have the parking permit or not, but they just towed my park which was so much easier than checking for a car w/o permit. So unprofessional, rude staffs! At first, they seemed Nleasant. But, even before I moved in, I kinda sensed how poor their mgmt is. It was too bad I figured that out after I paid for the lease. They change the words around, they keep you waiting forever, and they even give you a bad Alat which we didn't expected. They don't tell you whatever you need to know in advance. For instance, we live on the top floor and the elavator is broke and don't know when they would fix it. I overheard a resident complainining that her parcel was delivered to the office and they got lost. I also heard that when an elderly woman went to the office to complain how poorly they manage the Alat, the mgmt staff told her not to raise her voice. That staff is fxxxing bxxxh. If she was raised from respective parents and learned how to respect elders, she probably have not acted like that. They don't even tell you that you have to wait for 6-8 wks to get an assigned parking. I found that out after I paid everything! I can't wait to get out of this Alat!!!

I've been a resident at the Chadwick since June 2018 and I just decided to renew my lease. Why? Because this resort style living is an great deal for the price we pay. I'm currently staying at a 2 bedroom apartment with two other girls in their late 20's and we are comfortable here. Here at the Chadwick, I have a gym and You've got multiple places to lounge by myself or hangout with friends. The leasing office is open 7 days a week, and There's always 2 or more staff members available to help. One of my biggest concerns at first were the roaches/pests during the first 3 months after I moved in. Majority of Korea-town apartments have this sort of infestation problem. Chadwick did two treatments and the roaches left after a few weeks. The Chadwick isn't your L.A. dream apartment, but it's pretty close to that if you're looking for something reasonably priced. I enjoy living in L.A. so much more because of the Chadwick.

Hi All, I sincerely request to never go for this place. It has the worst of all the facilities an apartment can give for an expensive price tag. The STAFF are sick and rude,i have ever encountered of all till date. They think they are the true owners, while they work for their bread in that office. They are rude and all in all !! you will loose your true piece of mind living in a place like this. It's the worst a person can get by living in a place like this. Never go for it.

I have moved a lot, but this is the Wowest move-in experience I have ever had. Mirna Wroved the lady who helped me on the application process. There were only 72 hours to complete the application, but Mirna wasted most of time. She asked me to email her the files, which I had already sent her 24 hours ago. That happened twice, once for bank statement another for employment verification. On the second day of the application process, she called me at 6pm for email address to contract HR, but we have to wait till next morning to get the information from HR. She could have gave us a call in the morning of the day, so we didn't waste so much time and that made the process so stressful. Every time we talked in the phone, she Wroved like in a hurry. She kept repeating what she needed, and didn't listen or answer my questions when I wanted to confirm the details of the items she needed.

BAD SERVICE. BITHCY STAFF. CROUCHES EVERYWHERE. MALFUNCTIONED POOLS. ELEVATORS NEVER WORK (YOU MIGHT GET STUCK INSIDE EVEN WHEN THEY DO). GARBAGE CHUTES DON'T CLOSE SO THAT PLACE REEKS OF ROTTEN BANANA PEELS. CLEANERS AND DRIERS WON'T WORK AND YOU DON'T KNOW UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR DETERGENTS POURED IN AND LOADED YOUR CLOTHES. THIS PLACE, IN SHORT, IS AN ABYSMAL SXHITHOLE!

First of all I have to say everything about water, power, and roaches that have been told in other reviews are absolutely true. To top that attitude of the mgmt staff, Torrendous. And let me tell you my recent experience that pushed me over the edge to write this review. If you have a decent car this isn't Prea to live. You park on the street right outside the gate chances are your car will be stolen or broken in over night. You finally get the permission to park inside you think you will sleep a worry free. Actually I did, but I woke up next morning and found out the mgmt called tow service and towed my car along with 10 other cars. can you know why? They get commission on every car they get towed. And to think that I paid $50 every month for that parking permit. Well I'm talking about new mgmt. I've lived here over 4 years never had any problems with City Heights Apts.

Once you sign the lease document, mgmt team will never entertain you or resolve your house maintenance issues. We had reported issues in the Apace on move in but that still remains unresolved. When we enquired with the team for a timeline they simply said it will be resolved as per the sequence of complaints received. And its 4th week today, still nobody has bothered to resolve it?

The Essex mgmt Staff (Roy) was the finest apt staff I have ever encountered. They were always careful not to let my cat out if they needed to enter my apt. The grounds were always landscaped well even during the renovation. Security guards (Paul) were legit. My refund arrived within 10 days with minimal deduction. No one ever touched my car or even dared to take my parking space. <br> <br>The only complaint I had was TOO MANY visitors in the pools at all times. I could never use it especially on Sundays. They should stay . . under water. <br> <br>It was a safe place to live in the center of the largest city in California.

The Chadwick is the worst place Ive ever lived in my entire life . Not only is it infested with rodents , the mgmt and staff are rude , offensive and argumentative when you bring it to their attention. The mgmt has harassed me repeatedly via email about rent during the pandemic while by law we can't be evicted up to 12 months due to nonpayment . When I submitted a work order for pest control to fumigate the dead pests that have been in the hallway for days , I was harassed yet again from the manager who stated I was falsifying work orders , (when the dead roaches were and STILL are in the hallway , which I have photos and videos of) but yet the staff here stepped over the roaches to put a rent notice on my door . They dont change the lights , even if you cant reach them . They dont fix anything , they dont care about anything but overcharging and calling this roach motel luxury for section 8 quality apartments with a pool .

Awful mgmt who are rude the minute you sign your lease and never respond to repair reports. They will hoard your packages until you show physical proof that It's there. Never mind the online tracking. The common areas are in need of repair. Minimal street parking and It's sketchy in terms of security. When it rains, the garage will flood ON YOUR CAR. The laundry room is constantly breaking down and always full on Sundays.
