MOVING INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS BY FAR THE WORST DECISION I'VE MADE IN MY LIFE!!! sadly, at the time of my move in, the place seemed fairly normal... They suck you in by showing you the nice part of the complex. At first glance, it seems well-kept, and the model place is in tip-top shape, complete with brand new appliances, fresh paint, and new carpet... Sounds like a great deal... psh.

First of all, the people who live here are some of the most inconsiderate, rude, classless people I've ever encountered. I live in building one, and my neighbors are the most dysfunctional people in the world, I'm convinced. I feel like I'm living next to Joe Jackson and the Jackson 5 with all the screaming kids and threats from the father yelling about how he's going to come down the hallway after them with a belt. This is something I am forced to endure EVERY SINGLE DAY. It hasn't let up since day one, and it doesn't help that the walls are paper-thin.

The maintenance staff starts working at the wee hours of the morning, sometimes before 7am. Drilling, hammering, shouting in Spanish down the hallways, all before the crack of dawn. Not to mention, complex is next door to some sort of shipping company that dumps huge metal bins on concrete at even earlier hours of the morning on a daily basis. You will never get a quiet moment living here... EVER.

The security staff is incompetent and rude, and the same can be said for the mgmt. Trained monkeys could do a better job keeping the order around here.

You've got pests (roaches, spiders, gnats, flies, moths, etc) everywhere, and if you'd like the maintenance staff to spray insecticide to prevent their presence in your apartment, you'll have to empty all your cabinets, and cover all your belongings with a tarp... you all have a tarp, don't you? Yeah, neither do I.

They have random inspections of the smoke detectors/ random door-painting/ random lock replacements on a whim, and you are forced to leave your apartment unlocked in order for their staff to enter at any given time. How safe.

In my apartment, There's tagging carved into every hard surface (walls, counter tops, mirrors, floors, refrigerator/freezer doors, dishwasher, sink, etc.). The appliances are antiquated, and I can't run my heater without setting off the fire alarm.

It took at least 2 months for me to get a permanent parking space, and the one they gave me is directly underneath a leaking pipe that spews murky water all over my car that can't be washed off.

It costs almost $4 to do one load of laundry, and you have to make sure to stay downstairs in the freezing cold laundry room, because otherwise, someone might come and steal your clothes out of the dryer like they did to me.

I could go on and on, but I'm afraid I'd run out of space. The point is, I wouldn't want anyone else to have to endure the hell that I have. If I could go back in time, I would NEVER have moved here. It has been completely awful, and I am miserable here as soon as I find another place to live.

It could be better but okay .. Btructure hallways and trash areas need to be cleaned more. The lounge times could be longer for adults. Cleaning needs to be done more for Btructure hallways and stairwells and elevators and common areas need cleaning.

I like the apartments. Cool gym, pools, and hot tubs. Can't go wrong that. The only thing I don't like that the saying its luxury apartments, but when you look through out the entire complex you'll see that some of the complex is Rery grimy and has Cffordable construction.

What more really needs to be said? You are in college or grad school, attending USC or some other nearby school, and you just want to find a decent place to live. This place isn't it!!! You don't want to be stressing over finals and cockroaches in your apartment at the same time. You don't need rude office staff greeting you each day while you stay in your home away from home. Parents - you don't want your kids to live here. Kids - this place will ruin your college/grad school experience.

Not a luxury building! The leasing staff only cares when you want to lease because they get commission but once you are a resident they don’t answer the phone! Because when you call you have an option to click want to lease and apt or current resident and when I click on current resident they don’t answer but once I click on want to lease they answer the phone quickly!!!

Seriously F" this place... ok.. for past couple weeks I noticed that one of the neighbor were smoking weed... that smell stinked up my whole apt, my living room, my room ... that nasty rotten grass smell gives me headach, and I have pets that r 2nd hand smoking that grimy shi*t... I called the office and the office lady gave me this number to call... i call that number and they said they were going to send someone over... i waitted... no one came... so called again.. he said security officer is checking... walking around to find out... but doesn't seem like he did... two days later i called again.. becasue I noticed my neighbor, once again smoking weed..when i called the guy said he'll send someone over to find out... but i don't think any of the lazy --- security officer really did what i asked for.they are probably smoking with them or something... cuz.. now I smell that F'n Shi*t everyday ... even today.. now that bi*tch resident with no life what so every started to smoke during day time too... that smell is killing me.. the smell is stuck on my bed, sofa, .... they arn't doing their job right ... and i don't feel safe to live in this place where drug activity is going on, and they are so ignorant not handling this issue correctly.....luxury apt my ---... and couple days ago.. i was taking a nap and my dog started to bark, he was trying to let me kno that someone is in front of my door.. so i woke up, and i heard a door ring..since i was wearing not much a clothes while i was putting something on.. i heard someone trying to open the door with a key... so thought maybe it was my sis... But still i was like "who is it" and heard a guy saying "pest control".. and I opened the door i was like "what are you doing??" he said pest control, you asked the office for pest control.. I said "no i didn't why are you trying to open my door with out my permission" and he pulls out his file and saw that the bldg number wasn't correct as mine.. only the room number was the same.. since this apt complex is so huge You've got bLdg 51,52,53,54..etc.. but it follows by a same room number..even post office people sometime bring package to wrong bldg person with a same room number... be aware of that ... but he should of double checked.since he works here...!!!!! get some educated person to work here who at least know how to read numbers correctly!!!!!!.. ....my pets arn't trained to stay inside... if i every try to open my door, they will try to run out of the place , what if i wasn't home, and my dogs were lose inside my house .??? thinking what would of happen?? I don't even trust anyone to be in my apt when i'm not home...this place is known as people getting their apt robbed... who knows if it's one of those people that r working here in Chadwick.. since they have keys to access to any one who lives here........ I'm horrified to live here after these incidentz... not a safe place to live.... trust me..!!!!

The apartments are livable but note that you will be paying for a lot of amenities that don't exist. The elevators and laundry machines are constantly broken. There's no security and your packages will get stolen. The game room and sauna are non-existent contrary to advertising. Homeless people live inside and outside the community!
