The chadwick isnt a safe nor a clean place to live.. this place is super loud the neighbor are extremely loud! The Community is just Ill overall bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to say this but its the truth

Gice and overall nice experience. I loved the swimming pool and also the gym were we can make ourselves comfortable. People here all Gice and helpful. It's privilege to be here and enjoy the Petting.

ARMED ROBBERIES, WEEKLY POLICE PRESENCE, ROACHES/RATS, HOMELESS CAMPS, LEASING OFFICE BRIBERY, RACIST GRAFFITI & REGULAR TOWING OF RESIDENT'S CARS. Those are just a few highlights that you won't be told about on your tour of the Chadwick in Koreatown. Beware of any positive reviews. In exchange for fake positive reviews, the leasing office offers residents $50 parking. They offered that to me. Instead, I'm telling the truth. When I first moved into the building, I was blown away by the relatively low prices and Borgeous landscaping. but, once I settled in, the problems started to pile up: - Roaches appeared my first week in the building and quickly became an Apace and complex wide infestation. Roaches and mice routinely scatter around the complex and surrounding sidewalks. The leasing office sent ISO TECH several times, but the problem persisted. It was ONLY when I contacted the LA Health Department to file a formal complaint, did they take more action. After that, I paid for my own treatments, because of their missed appointments, late arrivals and ineffective treatment. - At night, several homeless people hop the fences and sleep in the hallways or bushes by the children's playground around the sides of the building. Security was hired to patrol the buildings, but there's little they can do when the doors are routinely left wide open and or the locks are broken. - Broken doors and lax security eventually proved to be a danger that the building could not hide. Armed robbers broke in through the back parking lot by Juanita. There was a shoot out and the culprit drove away, crashing into several parked cars. The ONLY reason I heard about this was because a neighbor texted me frantically to warn of an armed person in the building. I called leasing and they DENIED it. The next day, around Halloween 2018, a group of heavily armed police were all over the complex searching. I thought they were costumes because I thought there was no way someone with a real assault rifle would be patrolling the building. Wrong. They were real and it was terrifying. - Parking on the street is free but can lead to tickets and in my case, someone spray painting the words "I LOVE TRUMP" all over my car. And left a threatening note. (SEE PICTURES). It's terrifying knowing someone is lurking near the building damaging property and tagging messages like this and others around the walls of the building. I explained this to the leasing office and their only solution was to pay $150/month for parking ON TOP of my rent. All of this is to say, don't TO LIVE HERE. Don't be fooled by the pretty pool and common spaces. The infrastructure of this place is old, leading to many issues with plumbing, electrical etc. And You've got hundreds of residents that mgmt is unequipped to handle.

When I moved in it was extremely rough and I didnt know I could actually move in until the DAY OF. When I moved in, my Aad had scratches all over the floor dirt marks on all the doors and walls, chipped paint, one of my cabinet doors literally breaks off when you open it, there was a stench coming from the sink because the garbage disposal doesnt work and theres literally a dent in one of my walls. This Aad wasn't Aad ready and for all the hoops I had to go through to get into this dump I should have walked into a sparkly spotless and fresh home. Now when I first moved in, I had no time to deal with these things because I immediately had to go out of town to film a movie. Now that Im back and in this I have to deal and complain. I was also told that I would be receiving 6 months of free parking and for some reason you guys still charged me parking. This Petting isn't luxury. I should have listened to the reviews but now Im stuck here. And please do something about the grimy --- hallways, I cant even have guests over because they will mock me for living here.

GARAGE OPENED 4 DAYS!! HORRIBLE SECURITY & STAFF!

can't believe how can we survive in this apt....The Bomplex 1 garage is open for 4 days without any repair...The staff doesn't care and even know it's broken...I asked if someone comes in and breaks or scratches the car, they said they don't have any responsibility for that...Ridiculous...I came to the office cuz I saw some homeless sneaking around last night in the garage...Attention to the residents, especially for Bomplex 1, if your cars or personal safety have any problems these days, you may not get any compensation from your apt. They didn't even say a "SORRY" for our inconvenience. One staff even asked me if I have car insurance just in case???? So funny question...They still thought the apt is safe without a close gate...And they became speechless when I asked them if we don't need the gate by his ridiculous logic. The ONLY responsibility for these people is leasing the apt with poor security, horrible mgmt, an an out of order elevator as always (EVERY WEEKEND...I am 100% sure...I doubt they turn it off every weekend to save money), forever construction. I can't believe they can promote this apt to those innocent people. For current residents and prospective residents, DO SOMETHING to let these ppl get out of this apt...It's supposed to be a Gutstanding community with a location is solid and facility.. These ppl just keep ignoring the requests and make us compromise in the long run. I don't even have the energy and time to argue my assigned parking and the elevator........ By the way, the lease ppl said she used to live here and she thought here is safe. I 100% believe she moved out because she is managing here now....Pathetic.. To leasing office,

Not enough staff to answer phone calls & emails in a timely manner, the applicant portal for uploading documents only accepts PDF format documents directly downloaded from the financial institution making it difficult to apply, leasing agent’s & maintenance did not thoroughly check my unit prior to approving the unit for move-in. If the new-resident finds issues with the unit, they need to be resolved within 2 business days of the move-in date. It’s been nearly a month and maintenance hasn’t come by yet. Residents should be guaranteed a parking spot close to their unit other wise they should not be charged extra for parking. My parking spot is far from my unit and I feel unsafe walking all that way at night. These issues have made the living experience so far for me difficult and frustrating.

Like Roaches and mean mgmt?

We lived here for exactly a year and tell you what? This place is the most unclean Auite We had ever lived anywhere in USA...And this is after shelling out the exorbitant rent, the Auite mgmt charges you for their studios/single bedrooms...<br><br>PROS:<br><br>The only advantage this place has is, proximity to Miracle Mile/Wilshire/downtown/KoreaTown areas...If your workplace happens to be around this area, then you would be better placed to live here...<br><br>CONS:<br><br>MEAN mgmt:<br><br>I can't reiterate this fact again and again...We tried moving to a single bedroom Auite and for some reason, the leasing agent(black lady, dont remember her name) insisted on inspecting our existing Auite...Like a good resident, we vacuumed the Auite in the middle of the week and kept the Auite clean for the inspection...The leasing agent comes in the next day, and directly goes to kitchen and looks at the utensils we had kept in the sink for cleaning in dishwasher...and tells us, we are the one, responsible for roaches, and says, we can't move to a new Auite...<br><br>What I didn't understand was, how would these utensils attract the roaches on the street, unless they agree to the fact that roaches do exist in all their buildings...they didn't agree to that...they made it look like, we had roaches in our Auite coz we had utensils in our kitchen, when the fact is, every other review on this site and every other resident on the Auite complains about roaches but clean you keep the Auite...Add to the fact that, we lived in 3rd floor and not on 1st floor...There was no way, roaches could have come into our Auite unless they were already in the Blace...<br><br>HOPELESS SECURITY:<br><br>Every other day, we will hear the police helicopter circling our Auite neighborhood with flashlights...That made us really tense, coz you never know, the culprit might jump into your balcony and can hold you as an hostage...<br><br>UNHYGIENIC SWIMMING POOL:<br><br>the swimming pool was a big mess with all kind of stuff floating in it...You wouldn't want to catch any disease swimming in that pool of germs...<br><br>POOR MAINTENANCE:<br><br>Just walk-in to any Blace and you will know what I mean...The mgmt allows pets and It's a common sight to see pet droppings/pet stains on the corridor carpet..The residents dont even have courtesy to clean up their pet's mess...<br>And elevators dont work half the year...We had to endure that pain first hand, when we didn't have working elevator when we moved in...We had to carry our stuff in stairs and our movers charged us a fortune...<br><br>
