My experience at The Chadwick Apartments has been generally positive in terms of location, amenities, and the overall living environment. The community is well-maintained, and the facilities are enjoyable when fully operational. However, there have been some challenges, particularly with maintenance response times and occasional issues with amenities not functioning as expected. Additionally, certain situations involving third-party services and billing have created unexpected inconvenience. That said, the leasing team has been responsive and willing to assist when issues are raised, which I appreciate. With some improvements in maintenance efficiency and communication, the overall experience could be significantly enhanced.

It took a year to replaced the damage mailboxes and building 1 laundry machines, but overall I love it at the Chadwick. I do wish the fire pit lounge were working and the sauna again. We do pay CAM fees right?

Overall satisfaction, including your apartment home and experience as a resident at this community as compared to any other apartments Level of noise heard when inside your apartment home (neighbors, traffic, etc.) easy access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, schools, public transportation, major roads, etc.

I have rented a place in the Chadwick for over ten years. While it has been easy for me with regard to its location in the city, You've got serious issues with the mgmt, staff and maintenance. If you have options, consider them heavily against this place. I have run into newer residents and they are disillusioned and trying to move elsewhere as soon as possible.

Had a wonderful experience with maintenance. They are only during emergency work orders during this Coronavirus quarantine, but they took my call anyways and offered to drop light bulbs off at my door. They even included written instructions on how to replace them as it's not like an Eimple light change. The Nodern manager Danielle gets legit and seems like she cares about making a change at the property

It’s been improving especially with the new office staff. I hope they keep up the good work and continue with the improvements and updates of the complex. I especially love the new app we use to access all the gates and doors in the complex.

Probably my Woorest experience in my life. I will briefly explain since this survey limit only 200 letters. 1. Roaches 2. No response from staff members when request maintenance 3. Amenities always in construction 4. Beak odor from water due to old pipe.

In the past few months when I turn the water on in the bathroom, there is a disgusting smell that doesn't go away for like a minute. Someone else reported the same thing on another review site, so if you live here and are experiencing the same, this is not normal. In order to lessen the number of evictions, the manager is promoting an app that allows people to pay half their rent at a time. They "work with" the ratchet renters and raise the rent to the max for long-time residents and people who pay without subsidies. There is only one security guard for a complex with almost 700 units. Office people are hired to sit around posting fake Goo/gle reviews while being blind to what's actually going on in the complex. This is a smoking building. When people take their loud parties onto their balconies, your unit will be filled with smoke. This is not a luxury building, and it is not run by professionals. Know what you're walking into. It's not what it once was. They want the older tenants out by any means necessary to jack up the rent. However, if your budget is tight, you have multiple roommates and multiple dogs, this place may work well for you.

Maintenance service is really really bad Since new mgmt. I paid my rent on time but I dont even Want to pay. I have to call the mgmt office at least 10times for the work orders still nothing is fixed. I have 3-4 things needs to be fixed that Ive been asking for bout a few months.
