I am currently living at Violet on Virgil in Bldg 1, Apt 143. This property is owned by the CIA! The management, maintenance, and security are all CIA assets! Apt. 243 directly above me remains unrented or fake rented so staff can take turns/shifts attacking me with Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs)! The CIA started attacking me in Long Beach after I criticized Kamala Harris on Social Media! I ?? percent believe Barry Soetoro (Barack Obama) ordered the directive! He has history with the CIA! I am a Targeted Individual’s (TI)! If you search it online it states TIs are “mentally ill!” There are hundreds of thousands of TIs who don’t know each other across the country and probably more complaining about the same thing! That’s NOT MENTAL ILLNESS! It’s a serious problem with rouge “Deep State” government! Obama is probably the most corrupt politician ever in this country! I live in 1-143! If you or someone you know ever lived in this Unit, please reach out to me at . Research Targeted Justice as well because you are not alone!

This is the worst place ever. Apartments and grounds are Filthy, vermin and insect infested, unsafe and no security. Front office Staff are a joke - completely non-caring, rude and incompetent. Tenants are like crazy people on various forms of stimulants. Rent prices are farcical for the condition of the apartments. I wouldn't let my dog stay at these apartments let alone humans. Stay away from this filthy hole - the health inspectors should be called to look into the way this place is run. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

This isn't a place you would ever want to stay at. I've been here for three months and hated my entire stay. Every time there was a problem, it was never resolved or took forever to get resolved. I've dealt with bugs in a completely clean apartment, Washer and dryer machines not working to the point where you have to walk to the other building to get your clothes washed, 5 stolen packages In which I was instructed to "call the cops" because they wouldn't show me any footage of what was going on, I've seen people sell drug's out of this apartment, the elevator NEVER and I mean NEVER works. Imagine carrying loads of laundry, groceries or a big case of water up flights of stairs by yourself. Fire alarms constantly go off in the middle of the night. My sink and drains would always clog, parking is ridiculous, even the parking garage is creepy and doesn't make you feel safe. I am a nurse staying here for a travel assignment. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to have to deal with what I've dealt with in 3 months. It's not worth the price to feel like you're living in the projects. Please take my advice. I am not a difficult person at all. I was excited to move to LA and this place made me think twice about my decision. This is a drug dealer apartment!! The neighborhood is filthy. I hate it here honestly I'm scared to get out of my car & walk to my apartment everyday. can't wait to leave 16 more days and I'm out and moving into a better luxury apartment. This is a mess don't move here and waste your time money and risk your health and your life .

If you plan on living in an not worth the price, with terrible unfriendly and incopetent mgmt staff, this is your place. It takes months to get the shower leak fixed, and they've been having this re-piping construction for MONTHS now, and it WILL leave you without water for several hours every day. The asian girl from the office is absolutely unfriendly, and doesn't have a lot of knowledge of how to manage a building. Horrible, don't recommend to anyone. Also, if you still have the courage to move in, at least avoid the virgil-facing side. Ambulances/firefighters on call ALL NIGHT long and the cars....

I personally love my apartment, it's renovated the flooring is vinyl and nice and maintenance is extremely responsive ! My issues lie more with mgmt, the main manager is rude and constantly sending out newsletters scolding residents for putting up shades or black lives matter flags which seems just petty. My car has been broken into despite there being a gate and ive lived here two years and no one will give me the front door code . They take no responsibility for anything so when packages were stolen under their surveillance camera they literally did nothing told me they'd look and never got back to me. Currently we're not even allowed to use the facilities so I would suggest a reduction in our ridiculous rent but no sympathy or willingness to work with you as you explain a change / loss if income due to the international pandemic . The previous manager casey was understanding and personable and worked with me even on my application in, this new manager is on a power trip and picks and chooses which emails to answer . She is sure to send a newsletter out daily but can't respond when I complain of laundry services , the fact that You've got tiles missing in the ceiling seems like a scene out of the grudge, I actually stayed and watched and realized half the washers aren't actually even distributing water to wash the clothes and wasted about 10$ having to redo all these clothes which apparently wasn't worth a response to either . You've got roaches in the garage and laundry room, never seen one in my apartment but I mean if they're there they're probably in the building , and how disgusting is it as you clean your 20$ laundry load and see a roach the size of a golf ball run across your feet ? Besides this neighborhood is sketchy and heavy homeless population surrounding . But that's LA for ya

There have been three owners of this bulding in the past four years that I have lived here. The current owners have probably been the best. That said, from my view, You've got pros and cons that anyone thinking of moving in might want to consider. (1) Pro - location's Astounding - 5 minutes Koreatown/Mid Wilshire, 10 minutes downtown, 10-15 minutes Los Feliz/Silver Lake/East Hollywood, also on major bus lines and 15 minute walk to Vermont and Beverly Metro Subway Station (2)Con - I too have heard that the Virgil facing apartments are loud (3)Pro - two small but modern gyms - okay for most workouts (4) Con - The company, both past and present, always seem to be changing the main/top manager and you never know who really is the top person on site in charge - same goes for the office staff, makes simple things that much more complex, some office staff has been/is/are great and others have been/was/were total jerks where you got the impression that once they got u to sign the lease they really didnt care all that much about you (5) Pro - Facilities Supervisor/Maintenance Staff - do an great job, freindly, all been there for years, keep facility pretty much spotless (6) Con - No guest parking - and ever since more and more clubs, bars, coffee shops, etc have been opening up in the neighborhood, street parking at night sucks (7) Pro - its a quiet Besidence especially considering how many units You've got and people are generally respectful of eachother (8) Con - the newly refurbished apartments asking prices may or may not be a good value based on the current market - there was talk that over the past year or two there has been fluctuations on pricing of identical models in both directions (9) Pro - its a pet freindly buidling and the pets are quiet (10) Pro/Con - the neighborhood, for better or for worse has been getting more "hip" type places - so You've got some places in the neighborhood you might want to walk to- a little experimental theatre on Beverly, an all night Korean Coffee/Noodle Garden, a French chocolatier, a Karaoke bar with private karoke rooms, a tatoo parlor, a medical marijuana dispensary (11) Pro - right off the Silver lake Blvd exit of the 101

I have moved in a few months ago, thinking this luxury apartment would be good to live... too bad I havent seen these reviews before. The parking lot is extremaly grimy, and FULL OF FLIES. Expect to have flies in your house every day, and to have to pass through whole niches of them trying to get to the garage. Also, I moved in early in the summer, and the 3 times I've attempted to go to their swimming pool, there were these intruder kids, who, presumably live in the neighborhood to break in a swim. unpleasant, since they swim in their own clothes, swim in the little fountain and come back to the pool/jacuzzi. I have called mgmt once I was there, they took 30 minutes to show up and ended up just yelling at them. They are fully aware of the problem, just don't act on it. The biggest part is, if these kids can break in this "secure" building, what about robbers..?? I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. Regret not having found this website before.

Its sad that I am literally counting down the days to get out of this disgusting place!!! I have had the same problems as other people complaining in these reviews....mice!!! roaches!! dog poop in hallways!! and now people who moved in under me like to cook 24/7 so I get the pleasure of my apartment always smelling like crap! Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere! I thought I was doing myself a favor when I moved in here because it was cheap and close to my work but forget it! Not worth it! And its not true that "you bring these things with" so stupid....I lived in Noho in a clean apartment building before this and never saw one bug or mouse! I clean my apartment everyday because I am such a neat freak!! Its the damn building and maybe some of the people they let live here but not everyone "brings these problems with them".... This place is disgusting! Come see for yourself....the pools are never clean, I've been here almost a year and have never been in them....the gyms suck! they are always hot, no A/C, grimy machines, I've never seen anyone in them disinfecting the machines, vacuuming the carpets...my dog doesn't have a clean area to do her business in....I have to take her to the only nice grass area in this entire place which is the front of the building because its what the public sees! The rest of the dog areas are disgusting...dog poop everywhere, trash, mixed with mud, wood chips, and mouse traps on sides of walls/buildings clearly not a dog area... I could just keep going on and on and I haven't even talked about the issues with mice and all they do is lay down traps in your cabinets and the maintenance staff doesn't CLEAN UP after themselves when fixing issues in your apartment...I wish I read reviews on this place before I made the decision to move in...Stupid me...I learned my lesson. Trust me! You can find a better place!

I just recommended this building to a friend and sadly she read the reviews and ALL were bad!? Has to be due to the new owners. I never had an issue when it was Meadow Creek Apts. Pool/jacuzzi/laundry were always kept clean. I did have a loud neighbor but that's to be expected in apartment buildings. My ratings are based from when I lived there NOT CURRENT.
