The experience has been fine, its pretty expensive for a small space but I love the amenities and the fact that youre in a convenient area and its really safe inside the community. I would like more cleanliness in the hallways with people allowing pets to use the restroom in the hallways thats all.

Severely mismanaged. Lease violations are issued in error, maintenance takes to long to be completed, staff is difficult to work with, building security is severely lacking, lease terms are not upheld.

The homeless ppl at the 8th street door makes me feel unsafe. Someone parked in my stall for 3 days straight the following day my license plate was stole from the lot. I love my building but 8th door is becoming a problem

Once again concierge women are the worst. What is the point of having them? Please let us know. They do not help the residents in anyway and we are paying for them. efjopefjorjopwjropjropjropjroprjoprjoprjopjop

Was great. Now good. Location gets an A+ but since the pandemic happened, a lot of criminal activity has increased and standards declined. Management and staff does what they can but the safety and cleanliness has definitely been far superior in the past. Staff has always been kind. Their resident services crew comes and disappears. They do nice events for the residents. I never use the amenities any more because the maintenance has definitely declined. The gym and pools arent clean like I remember. Neighbors with pets let their dogs do their business in the common areas. Hope management changes things soon.

I love this apartments community and its events held! I love all of the amenities as they are fun and always clean and updated. My appliances are in good condition and i love the layout of my apartment. If i could continue to pay the high rent than i would stay here until buying a home

This is honestly the worst building I have lived in. Every employee from the leasing manager to the courtesy patrol are rude and inconsiderate. Our rent is incorrectly calculated monthly, I think they push the auto pay so that you won’t notice how often they over charge. The change protocols and policies often. They don’t keep ground clean if animal waste. Look elsewhere.
