Its a great community! I love living here! Its very nice and the amenities are perfect as are the apartments. The people who live here are also extremely friendly. It also feels very safe and clean. Love this place!

Topaz has been a great experience so far, especially compared to the other DTLA apartment I lived in. I especially appreciate Jordan's attentiveness and professionalism. The maintenance team also does a very nice job of keeping up with day to day and bigger issues that arise.

With the premium we pay for rent, this isn't worth it. The gym is small. Other buildings with cheaper rent have more amenities and gatherings even though they're owned by Greystar. Skid row is spreading so outside of the building always smells like poop and piss. The pool is tiny.

Great building, great location and neighbors are great. Building is secure and underground gated parking is one of the best parts about living here. Lot's of great bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk radius, so you'll never run out of things to do.

When you walk in to the lobby it feels safe and comfortable. So far every member of staff I've dealt with has been intelligent and down to earth, noticeably good humored and professional. My neighbors are diverse and pleasant. I love my apartment. I feel like there is a lot of privacy. It feels like home even though I am new to city living. My dog is happy here too. No complaints, highly recommend.
