Beautiful apartments and friendly management, would recommend. A little noisy but worth it for the accessibility to all the restaurants and amenities downtown. Can't wait until Covid to share our home with friends.

What an amazing place to live. Fair prices for an amazing building. Cool Los Angeles vibezz! The the parking structure is just what I was looking for. The the living space is nice and modern plus the the kitchen area and the the restrooms are perfect.

1. The noise level from the above apartment is unbearable. It shakes my unit. It's either poorly built or the folks above me like to stump when they walk, or both... 2. No guest parking. I've lived in various downtown apartments and all had space for guest parking (some charged fees and some free) 3. The homeless situation is getting bad. I'm sure with Covid it has increased even more. Not sure what can be done if anything, but it's starting to feel like that we're living in the middle of skid-row.

I love living in Topaz. The staff make me and my roommates feel welcomes from the start. They work closely with residents to create a good bond that feels like more of a family then robotic. The building is beautiful & amenities leave me speechless.

Diverse, friendly neighbors, great staff and clean. Noise within the apartment community is very quiet but outside can be loud due to typical hustle bustle of DTLA. Whole Foods is the closest grocery store (would be nice to have a closer one) but overall walk-ability is great.

The homeless situation is out of control in Los Angeles. More and more homeless people are moving towards Main Street where Topaz is located. You would be bothered by at least one homeless even just take your dog to pee or grab a taco from the Taco Truck. Noise is also a big problem. Not sure whats wrong with those people upstairs but theyve been jumping around pretty much every night.

I like the apartment; it is like my expectation. I recommend my friends to come her to be with me in the same building. It is quite and comfortable place to live in. The price is little high, but that is the range if apartment in Downtown LA. I wish in the next year, the prices of rental apartment in CA especially LA will be reduced. I like the leasing office employees because they are helpful and very kind with me.

I have already mentioned my concerns about the lack of a dog potty area and being forced to go outside at night where its unsafe due to a lot of homeless people. Overall the apartment is good, the kitchen sinks are TYNY and platter water everywhere

Topaz is a nice little clean oasis in the middle of the historic core. It's downtown so naturally there will be homeless people and smells but this building is like a beam of light in the midst of a downtown metropolis.
