I love living here. It's beautiful, conveniently located and has everything I need. I've only had a few issues that were resolved quickly. The place is really well taken care of and the staff is responsive and kind.

Poor security, I feel unsafe there. Recently my bike was stolen and I heard that other tenants have such claims about thefts. I like this Villa very much. But the fact of insecurity makes me disrupted and disappointed.

Over the years, it's been up and down and now we're in an up period. We've had management and maiantenance teams that we're utterly unprofessional, rude and generally awful. But now we have maintenance and management team that understands how to run an apartment complex. They're helpful, nice and friendly.

Staff is really nice and on top of everything. Any maintenance work orders that need to be done in my apartment is fixed right away. The ladies in the office and awesome and so is the maintenance team!

Villa Vicente is a safe and pleasant place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, the grounds are clean and kept up well. Any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and effectively.
