Fantastic, staff was very helpful and eager to help with the moving in process. Community is very nicely kept, amenities are amazing, heated pool, 24 hour gym and a community bbq area what else could you ask for. Neighbors are very friendly. Overall a great place to live.

Deficiency of elevator and having street noise are the most important issues the noise of street and neighbors are related to walls I think cleanig the environmental especially on weekenda are not suitable too.

A real community , a few fun events organized in the year by property manager to gather , to meet and have fun ..a heated nice pool all year long , a small clean gym all included in the rent , good laundry rooms , a great team of technical workers to call when you need anything fixed fast in your apartement ..even though maybe the studios are small they have everything you need like a real kitchen , AC , heater ...

It's a really nice apartment complex. The little call box thingy acts up from time to time, but that's okay. Other than that I really enjoy it here. Moving in was hard since I was in the middle of the complex so that was difficult. No cute guys have been seen yet, but that's okay. We'll see them soon.

The maintenance staffs are kind and they respond quickly to your requests. But there is traffic noise. Compared to Park la Brea the neighborhood is less friendly. There is nothing much in walking distance.

Well maintained apartment. Staffs are so nice and they are very helpful. If you have issues, they will solve it very fast~! It has small bit nice pool. And it is well located near the Grove mall and down town LA.

It's ok so far. Clean surrounding. Clean gym but tiny. We need a jacuzzi someday. Heated pool is a plus. Add more gym machines. Change the slam ball. Towels are missing. Add more disinfectant. Add more mats

I've already had an incredibly positive experience here with the staff and community. I moved across country and the staff allowed me to claim my keys after hours and were extremely accommodating. I felt instantly at home!

It's been a great experience. Not one complaint. The staff has been wonderful and respond to matters quickly. No problem with security or noise complaints. I haven't had any problems since I moved here in 2016.

Everyone is very nice. Everyone looks out for each other. Community is very safe. Everything is very conveniently located. Leasing office and staff are very helpful and timely. They have very good amenities.
