I have only had a positive experience. Office management is always helpful and I have had no issues with my apartment, the overall community or safety. The location is excellent and conveniently located to quick access to freeways and most attractions in Los Angeles.

Overall, the experience have been pleasant. The staff are nice and helpful. The few things I would say that isn't, is the alley way where the homeless are screaming at times and we could hear them and the walls are pretty thin so we can hear our neighbors.

its a nice place to live. conveniant location for travelling to my clients, and for people to get to me. paco is the best manager we've ever had in terms of helpfulness, and agreeableness. im trying to get some of my friends to move in. the neighbors are a little bit cold towards others.

My first impression of Waterstone was that the staff was personable, friendly, and genuine, and the building and amenities themselves were gorgeous and a great fit for me and what I was looking for. My boyfriend and I moved here in April 2021, and enjoy living here. The location is extremely convenient as we both work in West LA. When one of us needs the car, the other can take the bus/metro with no problem. However, we do have some things we're not 100% satisfied with, and this just may be us nitpicking: - the gym is lacking variety and charm. My boyfriend and I are quite active and one of the biggest things we were looking for in an apartment was a good gym. The one here is quite small and doesn't have much. We ended up just signing up for a gym close by anyway. - the walls are super thin, and you can hear everything happening outside of your apartment. Consequently, that means everyone else can hear what's happening inside of yours. Sometimes I feel like I have no privacy and that I need to watch shows on level 2 volume to be considerate of my neighbors. - the water quality isn't the best. I grew up in Hawaii, with probably the best/cleanest tap water in the country, so mainland/LADWP tap water makes my skin go crazy. My boyfriend has no problem with it, but I've resorted to using filtered water to do daily things like washing my face, brushing my teeth, etc. All in all I would renew my lease if the rent stayed within my budget. The location and staff alone are enough to keep me satisfied. I do love living here and encourage you all to take a tour if you're interested?it made all the difference for me!
