What a great experience living at the ARQ! Staff is amazing, and always accommodating. I read reviews when I was looking to move to the ARQ- Don't believe the negative remarks. The ARQ put the "L" in Luxury! If these units were for sale, I would buy mine. Kelli M.

Concierge staff named Isaiah is extremely rude, unapproachable, and unwelcoming. Isaiah is always very impolite and passive aggressive towards my wife and I. He constantly ignores or disregards responding to anyone when spoken to and is very selective on who he decides to speak with.

Lovely the people are nice the property is always clean the Maintenance is always prompt with whatever problem you may have in your apartment there’s always beautiful views throughout the building I love living here it’s peaceful beautiful and clean

I have loved every moment of my experience in the ARQ building . From the friendly staff to the quality appliances within the apartments and their quick response to any questions that I may have . It has been such a wonderful experience there and I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great environment to live or create !

I love the staff here! I love how beautiful everything is. It's a gorgeous building. I love my apartment. The limited guest parking is a fail. It is deeply disappointing that I can't share any of it with my guests and I hate that I can't freely use the gym and that I still have to wear a mask despite being vaccinated.

ARQ is a great development with modern amenities, excellent customer service and close to everything in LA. Its been great for my daily commute and exploring the city on the weekend. ARQ is a great fit!

ARQ is very set apart from most apartments. I feel extremely safe living here (which is probably most important to me). The second best thing is the view. I love that we get a beautiful view without being in the city and hearing all the loud sirens and helicopters nonstop. Also, its so spacious! The amount of communal areas around floor 6 and the roof are massive. I work from home, so its amazing going to the different areas for a change of scenery. I love how friendly and helpful the concierge team is. Also, the amenities (especially the coffee bar) are incredible. This place has a vibe that just communicates excellence, care, and luxury. The leasing manager, DAngelo, has been a huge part of our amazing experience here. He went above and beyond to help us out. So did the GM, Matt. Im grateful for the team here and the residents here!

Been here 2 weeks and so far so good. My search experience was phenomenal. Robert was patient and understanding and not only made me feel good about the property but about the specific unit I was selecting! There is so much to enjoy here amenity wise but so far my favorite is the staff and concierge are so pleasant and they really make my day with their helpfulness and kindness. I highly recommend Arq and I find the building to be beautiful!

Living at ARQ has been a wonderful experience thus far, and would definitely recommend living here to friends and family. Main concern is cleanliness of 6th floor patio areas, have noticed small glass pieces and nails/screws from construction, around bushes. Otherwise, has been great! Cant wait for the park to open and retail that will follow.

Incredible building, staff is so nice, top and fine amenities. Close to everything target, Starbucks and Whole Food in front of building. Easy app to use. Everything is fine! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!
