My experience at Duane Heights was good, I really enjoyed the views and morning walks around my neighborhood. There are not many units at this property which makes it great to recognize familiar faces. The units here at this property are nice and kept updated. I had the pleasure of living here for year before I relocated out of state. The management staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to your needs. I really like to thank Debbie and Lissette for making my stay here a pleasant experience.

Good property, nice neighborhood. The parking is on the ground floor and is well secured and convenient. The property is in good shape and very well maintained. The unit feels spacious with many windows and an open plan. Because of my 2 bedroom unit has an abundance of natural light in contrast to most apartments in LA. The management crew are courteous and do their job well. The neighborhood is 100% safe and quiet. There is a dog park 5 minutes walking distance as well. Well managed, quiet place to live

I have been a resident of Duane Heights since early 2020 and everything has been above and over what I have had at any of the 13 places I have been before. I once called management about an issue with the parking gate and they had a maintenance team on it the very same day to fix it, which is why I'm writing this review right now. I haven't had any other problems living here and would recommend it to anyone if they need a place to live.

I started looking for apartments in late spring this year when I contacted the Management Team at Duane Heights apartment I was impressed on how they treated me as a prospective resident and when I went to see the two bedroom I was happy at the overall look of the unit not to mention it was very clean compared to some units I had visited previously. Im happy to say I made a good choice in choosing Duane Heights! I want to thank their Management team as well for making my transition a good one.

I loved living at Duane Heights and only moved because of my job. The parking was great--gated and secure. I very rarely had maintenance issues since the property ia very well maintained. On those few occasions when I did have to call, the maintenance staff was very quick, courteous and knowledgeable. The management office got my requests handled quickly and they were always easy to reach. In the neighborhood, this property is always one of the nicest looking and best maintained.

I lived at Duane Heights for almost 4 years and loved every minute of it. There weren't many units so it was easy to get to know neighbors and the community manager was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this property to all my friends

it was an extraordinary building, the units are clean, the management is amazing, it is a very nice and quite neighborhood, not only that but the units are very big, since i bike a lot it is very close to the park bike trail and has central air-conditioning which is very important for me . i never lived in a building that had such responsible management, they respond to my requests within 24 hours

The Duane height building was very nice and clean, and the management has been great and thoughtful throughout my stay. The Unit itself was very clean, quiet and large and very well designed. Highly recommend Duane Heights for someone looking for peace and comfort.

I loved this place, Management company always helped out whenever I email or called with a problem in my unit. Management is always friendly and prompt to any request. Management was very proactive with safety and cleanliness while before and after this pandemic. I can just said it was a GREAT!! experience to live in Duane Heights during this time. I will still live there if I hadn't buy myself a house. Great Management Co.

Ive lived in over 11 apts and this is the worst landlord company i have ever dealt with! First of all they totally overcharge for the place. They charged us 50 dollars for a credit check which is illegal. They tried and charge us 4500 for a security deposit! Everything in the apt broke while we lived there and we only lived there for 6 months! The kitchen sink overflowed twice for no apparent reason. So did both the toilets and we weren't even using them at the time. Then they try and charge us to replace their 50 year old pipes! The cupboards started falling off the hinges. All this wouldn't even have been a problem if they had just taken care of it. We had to call them several times, had to live without bathrooms for two days! its been over 5 weeks and we still haven't gotten our deposit back or even a letter. After our 6 month lease was up they raised our rent $350 bucks! Do not live there!
