I have been attempting to schedule a tour with this property for the past 2-3 months and have not received a response. After reading all of these reviews I’m glad that I didn’t tour or submit an application. Thank you all for your honesty and transparency. I will take my money elsewhere.

I'm a current resident at The Julie Lee and I have nothing but good praise. The history of the building is amazing and they have managed to preserve most if not all of it. I really apreciate that detail.

Just moved here a couple months ago. The staff was very attentive to only show me properties that fit my needs. They work very hard to give me a good deal on the apartment and I love it. It is just what I wanted.

So happy to have found this gem in the heart of Hollywood. Can't tell you how happy I am to have moved in here. Jade is very welcoming and sweet, she truly makes you feel at home and has always a kind word.

Sadly the new management made our life very difficult. We decided to leave after being harassed for months. Most of the times ignored or delayed repairs from a very old bad maintained building. We don't recommend this place.

One of the worst places in Hollywood. Very dirty, wrongfully managed. Asking for any repairs may take months, while management company commonly ignores the claims. The new owners/management company are greedy, they try to cheap on everything possible. The elevator didn't work for months and after being fixed, still stopped working over and over again. Several homeless broke in and could be found people having drugs in the premises or stealing from the laundry. Roaches and other bugs can be found very often. I lived here for many years and used to be a nice place, Carlos was a key employee that made the place run smoothly. Also Hollywood became a bad area. Rent at your OWN RISK.

I loved living at the Julie Lee! Chris and Carlos were always on top of everything quickly if something broke and even helped me install my window AC. Didn't want to move but I got a job in SF so... life goes on. Gonna miss this place!

Dirty. Cockroach + other bugs infested. Smells awful. Carpets are disgusting. Mold. Totally overpriced. Management enters apartments illegally. Run by uneducated, dishonest, greedy people with a total disrespect for the law. Scroungers.

After months of searching for a decent place for a reasonable price I found an apartment here. I really enjoy Hollywood with the and you cannot beat the location. I have lived here for over a year and greatly enjoy my apartment, neighbors and the management.
