Tenant Reviews for 1425 N Sierra Bonita Ave

Excellent apartment building. Well-maintained building, friendly manager, and very nice apartments that are more spacious than others for the money. Central air, nice carpeting, attractive pool, two elevators, gated covered assigned parking (2 spots for a 2 bedroom). I never hear my neighbor but perhaps I am just lucky as I am in one corner of the building with only one quiet neighbor. Great location just off Sunset and near many stores and restaurants. I have been here over a year and am very glad I rented here.
