Lived at West Park village for almost five years. While the building is not brand new, the units are renovated and nicely maintained. Biggest positives are: The friendly, responsive staff (never took more than 24 hours to have any maintenance request or issue fixed). Suat and her team go above and beyond! The location and grounds are beautiful and calm, and the pools are well kept and in great locations. My unit had a good layout and while the appliances where not fancy, they did the job well and I had no issues for the years I lived there. Cons: I never noticed before COVID, but walls could seem thin at times if neighbors were shouting/vacuuming, etc. Laundry room closes at 10pm - just an issue when work was busy but good to know.

This place is beautiful. The appliances are from the 80's. The dishwashers leave soap scum on dishes, which can make you very sick. There is a lot of nature here and it's beautiful. There are also a lot of insects. Management sprays a lot of pesticide and other toxic chemicals to try and keep it under control. The whole apartment building is infested with ants. I feel trapped here because I cannot leave and have to deal with the toxic chemicals and ants. And I'm paying a really high rent. They also won't resolve the dishwasher issue. They basically don't care. Welcome to renting from a large company. I would not recommend this building at all.

Me and my girlfriend had lived at Westpark Village for over a year and we loved it! We recently had to move out to a different part of LA, but here are the things we loved the most about living at West Park Village. - Very quite community. We rarely had any noise issues. - Nice communal pathways with a lot of trees and flowers that are daily maintained by the gardening crew. It always smells fresh. - Great pool and hot tub - Very friendly office staff. Every time we had any sort of issue it was resolved in no time. - It is small pet friendly! - Our apartment had two balconies. One in the living room and one in the bedroom, so our apartment was very nicely aerated and it was rarely too cold or too hot. Plus I could have tons of plants on the balcony! - Well equipped kitchen with a decent oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator - Walking distance to West Los Angeles Farmers Market which is open every Sunday. - Walking distance to Sawtelle Japan town with some great sushi restaurants - Gated parking space - Cheep and well maintained laundry rooms I think for the price the units at WestPark are, it is a great deal. I would really recommend the apartments at WestPark Village.

Nice community quiet and peaceful and accessible to everything . The staff are honest and very responsive to residents' need. We will highly recommend this apartment complex to our friends & acquaintances.

So far so good. Still getting settled in. Management has been very responsive to any questions or requests that I have had thus far. All of the residents I have encountered seem very nice. Quiet complex.

High cost. Low benefits. Many rules, nothing friendly (manager). No include parking area my unit. Fitness center very small. WHY 2 SWIMMING POOL? Both whiteout hot water!? Where is place to make a burbucue??? Certainly, I don't will recommend this community to my friends.

Very well managed. Very pleasant and attractive setting. Close to 405 and 10 freeways and many restaurants are walking distance. The management is very responsive and the staff know the names of the residents.

This apartment community is really quiet and clean. Staffs are really nice and professional. Maintenance is quick, they do their good job and very care about your home. I like that apartment area is gated so I feel safe and private.

The West Park Village apartment community is a lovely place to live. The property is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, and the staff is very professional and quick to follow up on maintenance tasks.

All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The community feels very safe and I am extremely glad to have found this place. The place I moved into was very clean upon move-in, and even when there was an issue (balcony door wasn't locking), they were able to fix the problem within 10 minutes of me asking.
