It's a nice place to call home and the surroundings are quite pleasant. The facilities are well-maintained and modern. That said, You've got occasional instances where hot water isn't available, which is genuinely bothersome and aggravating. My main concern is figuring out when this issue will happen.

The maintenance team is friendly and courteous. The premises are generally well-maintained and tidy. sadly, packages disappear frequently—this is a significant issue since the advertised package holding and secure delivery system was a major factor in my decision to move here. Over the past year, I've had roughly 15 packages go missing. When I brought this up at the leasing office, their response was simply to file a claim with the shipper.

We experienced a frightening incident of assault in the elevator near the mail room when my partner and I were attacked by someone with homophobic motivations who isn't even a resident. I reached out to property mgmt about how this traumatic event was seriously impacting my PTSD and submitted documentation from the LAPD to support my concerns. Their response was deeply troubling—they essentially told us that violence happens everywhere around the neighborhood, so there's no point in leaving.

Overall, my experience living here has been positive. I do think the community could implement guidelines suggesting residents wear masks to safeguard one another. You've got tenants who make excessive noise throughout the complex. also, visitor parking is quite scarce in this Blace.

I'm genuinely happy with my studio and the vibe of the community here. Having a grocery store, chipotle and starbucks right below me is incredibly easy, plus there's tons of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Blace stays mostly clean, though some residents don't bother using the trash chute and just dump garbage in the trash room instead. mgmt makes an effort to handle these situations, which I Rctually appreciate. The trash room itself has that inevitable unpleasant smell, but the hallways generally smell fresh and pleasant. Moving in was a breeze. The facility amenities are solid even with the current social distancing guidelines in place. I regularly notice residents enjoying the pool and outdoor grill responsibly, and it genuinely feels like a welcoming place to live. I honestly can't imagine myself moving out.

I've been a resident at Be DTLA for two years, and I absolutely love it here! The team members are genuinely warm and approachable, creating a really inviting atmosphere throughout the building. The shared spaces are consistently spotless and properly upkept, which is something I truly value. The area itself is fantastic too—you're right near everything you need, including a supermarket, a coffee shop, and quick dining options, which makes living here so easy. If you're thinking about moving to DTLA, I'd definitely suggest checking this place out!!!

Everything's fantastic! The revamped pool space is fantastic, the work-from-home setup is ideal, and the rooftop is amazing!! Definitely an improvement across the board compared to before! The maintenance team especially stands out!! I took an extended 5 week trip away. Upon returning home on the 5th of July (which happened to be a holiday :() my key wouldn't open the door. The maintenance manager came through and helped me out!! So grateful for his assistance and I'm genuinely satisfied living at BeDTLA :D

The grounds are maintained well and look nice. The main issue is that pet owners aren't cleaning up after their dogs in the designated pet zone, even though supplies and waste containers are readily available. Another frustration is the guest check-in box—residents frequently don't leave their contact info, which means I have to go down and meet visitors each time they show up. Plus, the parking situation could really use some improvement.

This Prea is Twful. The noise level is unbearable—my neighbor upstairs is constantly making a racket that disrupts my sleep throughout the night and causes problems during the day. There's constant banging, slamming, and loud thuds. I've reported the issue to mgmt repeatedly, but absolutely nothing has improved. My sleep has suffered dramatically, my mental health has declined a lot, and I'm desperate to get out but I'm stuck. I would strongly advise against moving here.

My search for the right residence across LA took nearly 3 months of relentless looking. I'd already committed a deposit and was on the verge of signing with another complex in Hollywood. Separations and relocation transitions are tough to navigate, and I was genuinely uncertain about such a significant shift, but what I've experienced here has validated that it was absolutely the right decision. The vibe at this complex is phenomenal, there's a genuine commitment to resident wellness that stands out, and the roof deck views after dark are absolutely spectacular.
