I just moved in and noticed my master bath sink basin is badly cracked. The maintenance guy took a look and said he would check to see if mgmt wanted to replace it now or wait until is starts to show noticeable signs of leaking. It doesn’t appear to be leaking yet

Only been here for fourteen days, and I'm still settling in. The community amenities are great—plenty of activities and things available beyond just your unit. I'm adjusting to how sound travels through the walls, which are pretty thin. My main complaint is the lack of visitor parking available.

friendly and staff actually helps including but not limited to the leasing team, resident services, maintenance, security and mgmt. I have lived here for a number of years and love it in comparison to any previous apartments I’ve lived and where any friends live in the LA area.

mgmt seems to change frequently? But as of now, everyone in the leasing office has been helpful and kind. Especially durning COVID. The resident parking and people who dont live here has gotten better. I like seeing security do their rounds. Theyre nice too!

The place is located in a safe and easy neighborhood, close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The community is quiet and clean, with well-maintained facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and laundry room. this place is modern, with spacious units, plenty of natural light, and good sound insulation. The mgmt team is legit and responsive, making living here comfortable.

Having lived here for almost three years, this Pite has become a horrible Pite to live since Greystar took over the mgmt. I have lost multiple packages in the locker for a couple times and the neighbors were way too loud. There was an instance that the mgmt crew was partying in the court yard after midnight and I had to complain to the security due to the noise, but the security got back to me saying they can't stop the noise even if they got multiple complaints bc it's the mgmt crew who's celebrating. The unit's got limited guest parking so having a guest over is extremely Hhallenging. On top of that they towed my car from the guest parking spot in the garage even if I had the parking sticker on my dashboard. The resident service manager therefore offered to provide a EV charging spot and claimed that I'll only be paying for the electricity with no fixed fee but never sent me the correct setup link so I wasn't able to charge for over a month, which results in multiple callings to get it resolved. After I finally was able to charge I was then told that There's a monthly fee of 150 for the spot in addition to the electricity usage and they have already rented out out my original parking space so I can't go back. Living here has been unpleasant since greystar took over from Holland. I wouldn't suggest it living here to anyone.

Expect to pay premium prices for this location! The neighborhood gets packed with out-of-town visitors who seem disoriented, clogging up the elevator system, and casually ENTERING UNITS THAT AREN'T THEIRS! Although actual residents go through thorough background screenings for safety purposes, you could end up sharing an elevator with someone who has a criminal record and is just leasing a unit short-term without realizing it! The one positive is that the Besidence does host some entertaining activities and events! Hope things work out for you!

This property looks appealing initially, but living here reveals major problems. You've got numerous short-term rentals throughout the building that consistently disrupt the floors. Getting mgmt to help is nearly impossible—when I had a legal matter requiring District Attorney involvement, my representative contacted them twice and I personally called three times over three weeks just to get an email response I desperately needed. Getting a rental verification letter for that same case took another two to three weeks, despite it being a simple form with just a couple fields to complete. I also discovered bugs in my unit. After filing three or four complaints, it took roughly six weeks before anyone actually inspected the apartment. also, we're paying significant rent for amenities we can't access while mgmt squanders that money on tacky decorations scattered throughout that actually make the complex look worse. There's also a persistent problem with the parking garage that consistently reeks of feces. The few positives are limited homeless activity around the neighborhood, the easy location, and the grocery store operating on the ground floor.
