One thing I really don't like, whenever neighbors run their dryer, the detergent smells come in my unit through the windows and fans inside. Too strong artificial scent bothers me a lot. Other than that overall is good to live here!

The entire team at BE is amazing. I love my apartment and the entire community along with office and maintenance staff! I love the new amenity upgrades also, the hammock is a great touch! I cant wait to lay by the poolside with the new cabanas!

The Halloween event was great! It was awesome to see my fellow residents dress up in their costumes. I also liked that the staff here at BeDTLA dressed up. I end up chit chatting and took a picture with who I thought was Fat Joe as for how he was dressed and looked. Turns out it wasn’t Fat Joe but RUN DMC as I was corrected by him. He could’ve fooled me! While talking briefly he introduced himself as Juan a service technician here at BeDTLA. Can’t wait for the next event!

Been here a month and it’s been great! Smooth move-in, helpful mgmt, and fast maintenance. The community is clean, safe, and peaceful. My place is cozy and updated. The apartment feels modern and comfortable. Really happy here!

Love it here. Would like if there was a balcony maintenance option to spray down balconies since we are unable to use water. Also window cleaning would be great. The hallways are often hot. Other than that I enjoy my experience here.

Overall good. The only issue I would have to complain about is housekeeping & cleanliness of the stairwells in the buildings as a lot of pet owners leave their dogs waste in there sometimes & their own trash...I also just wish the garage didnt smell so bad all the time.

Front desk and mgmt are not helpful. It takes them a bit to respond via email. Emails are sporadic about changes and not consistent. Maintenance is great. They are legit and well informed. Security is inconsistent as well. Apparently we had updated personnel/companies and I am not aware of any residents being informed other than we had an incident and that was their excuse for it happening.

The common ground on the second floor often stinks because people walk their dogs, and the dogs' pee stinks a lot. This might be one of the most severe issues, i think, this unit's got. Overall, the mgmt is good, but the floor on the second floor is so bad that I need to hold my breath every time I walk there.
