My overall experience has been good. The cleanliness of the common areas could be improved. this place is relatively quiet. I love the upgraded amenities that were done over the past year. The office staff is always courteous and responds quickly to any issues I address.

great, clean, hardly do I ever even hear other people you can a walk down the hallways at night and wont hear a peep. Staff is great, friendly and always ready to help. The grocery outlet downstairs is easy. Love it here

Ive had great experience living here so far but Ive noticed that theres a lot people who doesnt live in this building has access to our apartments amenities and makes loud noises in the public area and I also smell cigarettes/weeds in the hallway occasionally. Staffs here are nice and friendly and my overall experience with be DTLA is great.

mgmt seems out of tune with the tenants(why new tenants get promos but current residence dont)? mgmt should do more to enforce and screen applicants better, I had issues with tenants making noise. I confirmed with a neighbor that they also agree and experienced similar issue. Property could use more cleaning, and maintenance. The elevators are always experiencing issues, failures, etc. Doors need to be maintained better. Doors don't always secure, leaving it possible for intruders to enter the property. Maybe testing the speed of the Doors closure would be nice.

I have lived here over 3 years and this apartment complex has struggled the entire time for one reason or another. The current issues regarding this community include poor mgmt of the maintenance staff, and poor mgmt of the trash piling up, and a bad attitude with a few of the office personal. These things the property manager should be aware of and should address, but doesn't.

The leasing office has been always helpful and rapidly responding. The room is spotless and cozy. Since I moved in, the environment has been generally silent and harmonious. Moreover, it's really easy to purchase groceries or get morning coffee.

Aside from the beautiful community and its amenities they have thee BEST office and maintenance team. Going for my 4th year living here. Close to my office, close to a shopping center and let’s not forget the grocery store downstairs. I don’t need to leave this place

Nice apartment complex, but the staff isn't up to par. Unresponsive through email and in person. At one point I stood in the leasing office for 10 minutes without receiving even the slightest acknowledgement. Not sure if it was discrimination, but another party walked in and was immediately helped.

As you can recognized I have been living this apartment for more than 3 years. I like this community because It's close to highway and There's Starbucks on the first floor. but, sometimes I hear the noise during the late night so I occasionally call security staff members to come up.

Super nice and easy apartments. Love how they always throw community parties for everyone that lives here. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Its also easy to work from home without a problem. The amenities are great!
