Im currently renting an Aad in the Piccadilly Apartments. Our current Aad manager is great. The Aad manager is responsive to all requests and the Aad manager handels all situation with a high level of professionalism. The Piccadilly is an older Aad building that has a fantastic look and feel. It's truly a gem. I worth checking out it to any one looking for an Aad.

I've since relocated to share a place with a roommate, but I hold wonderful memories from my year in this studio Apace. The moment I walked through the door, I was captivated by it. Whenever visitors came over, they'd always comment on how much charm and personality the unit possessed. The location's accessibility was truly unbeatable. On mornings when I needed milk, a nearby supermarket was just steps away. For airport trips, I could easily catch the Flyaway bus to LAX by taking the metro from Normandie station straight to Union. I developed genuine friendships with the people living around me—something I've realized is surprisingly rare across most American communities where I've previously lived. The property mgmt is perfect; they're fair-minded, approachable, quick to respond, and remarkably legit in handling all matters.

I've been a resident at the Piccadilly for roughly two years and I'm genuinely thrilled with my experience!! You'd normally expect an older structure like this to show considerable deterioration, but it's maintained so impeccably that there's practically nothing to complain about. The rooftop is particularly impressive - they've created a delightful patio space that's perfect for summer enjoyment, complete with seating benches, comfortable chairs, and cushions! The mgmt here is perfect. The manager is constantly accessible and resolves any issues that come up within a single day. What really sets residing at the Pic apart is the budget-friendly pricing structure. My studio unit has the feel of a one-bedroom unit, and the rent is incredibly reasonable considering how much space you get. There's a easy laundry facility located downstairs in the basement, which makes keeping up with laundry a breeze. I'd genuinely recommend this residence to anybody - whether you're a longtime Angeleno or relocating to LA for the first time.

I can't recommend this apartment complex enough. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful, the apartment is beautiful with great upkeep and you're right in the middle of Koreatown. There's several bus stops nearby and a metro station, and the Piccadilly has its own parking garage (though it's small) and is right next to another parking garage. Any problems I had (leaky faucets etc.) were fixed promptly. If you're looking for a place in Koreatown, this is where you want to be.

There are pros and cons to the Picadilly. The pros: the building and the apartments themselves have a lot of character (even though they are small), it's centrally located, and the apartment manager is good about helping out with anything you need. The cons: parking sucks (if you're not in the Picadilly's cramped garage you have to find a parking structure), the noise from Wilshire, the traffic congestion in the area, and the ROACHES. Several apartments (if not the building itself) have a roach problem, which is the reason we got out of there. You can probably find something quieter, bigger, cheaper, and cleaner elsewhere in the area

I recently moved out to live with a roommate but have fond memories of the year I lived here in a studio. I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I stepped into it. My friends always thought my studio had a character when they stopped by. The convenience of the location could not be beat. If I woke up in a morning and was out of milk, I could easily get some as there was a supermarket nearby. If I had to fly out of town I could hop on the metro at Normandie station to Union and catch the Flyaway bus to LAX. I made friends with my neighbors, something I've found to be not common in many parts of the US in which I've lived. The manager is fantastic - reasonable, open, responsive and superbly capable.

I have been living at the Piccadilly for four and a half years... I have seen several apartment managers come and go... When I first moved in, the building wasn't taken care of like it should be and when something went wrong, it would take FOREVER to get the apartment manager to do anything! Then a couple of years ago, Claudia became the apartment manager. Within a couple of weeks, she had all my complaints fixed! Ever since, I have not had any other issues and I'm so happy with the Piccadilly. Claudia is a wonderful manager and really puts her heart into the Piccadilly! She collects recycling every month and saves the money up to buy beautiful Christmas decorations for the lobby every year. I always see her around the building cleaning up and checking on things and that makes me really comfortable. The building is so full of history and character... The Piccadilly is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it!

I've lived in the Piccadilly for about two years now and absolutely love it!! Normally you'd think a building this old would have a lot of signs of wear and tear but it's so well maintained there's zip. Even the roof is nice - They've set up a patio area, which is great in the summer, with benches, chairs, and pillows! The manager is FANTASTIC. She's always available and if there's any sort of problem it's fixed within a day. The best part about living in the Pic is how low they keep the rent. I'm in a studio which feels like a 1 bedroom, and it's so reasonable for the amount of space. There's a laundry room in the basement which makes doing laundry very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - weather they've lived in LA for years or are just moving here.
